The summer has been good to me. I am easing back into a healthy lifestyle. I put in three good walks last week. I am going to try and get more miles this week.

Monday Weigh In: 211

I thought I would check in and post a little bit of my routine. I am doing 1 hour of boot camp style cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I am lifting weights, focusing on compound lifts.

I am striving to get 1 gram of protein per day per pound of body weight. I am eating an average of 2200 calories per day, but I am zig zagging my calories to try and keep my body confused.

If I don't drop at least a pound each week, then I'll continue to lower calories until my body starts complying.

With you on that thought chasing. Robin was such a talented actor. So many different roles he could pull off.

I am back into a routine. Work is back to the time of year that 12 hour days are not uncommon. I am on my feet a lot so I have been getting walking miles in just by showing up to work. I want to add in some weight training as well. I am not fully sure yet what will be best from a time standpoint, but it will most likely be some type of weight training in my home.

Labor day, Sept. 1 seems to be a great day to get things going. I am planning to complete the P90 with my daughters. Way out of shape, but day 1 complete.
