LOL that was followed by a weekend of carbing out, no joke I was 204.9 on FRiday the 28th, went off plan for the weekend and was 213.3 on Tuesday smh....started Stillmans Yesterday and boom today 208.1, but im so sensitive to Carbs that happens to me quite often, it will slow way down from here on out lol
