Thank you for your support hun. I am the low carb scientist but I still need groups like this to keep me on track. Always looking for other people tricks of the trade to try out. Mine is coffee with coconut oil to keep my fat intake up and constant ketosis monitoring so I know when I screw up.

Pyroh---I couldnt agree more, its a great thing to learn new things that u havent thought of, I am a coffee nut i will have to try the coconut oil sometime....i do a food journal daily so i can keep track of whats throwing me out of ketosis and making me gain

Something knocked me out of ketosis think I need to go back to no veggies and lots of eggs. Also going to stop eating meat at night. My system seems to be able to flush out well.
