Get under 300
This is a personal challenge I am starting for my self and if anyone wants to join in. I have been stuck at the same weight for a few months. Partly due to my own sabotage. I will come here and post things I am doing to advance my weightloss such as work outs or eating on plan and or not giving into to my excuses. Ok Ell this will happen for you so you can finally be under 300 pounds. Enough with this number already.

I really wanted to just go buy something quick and fast for everyone to eat for dinner. But I thought about this challenge I started earier and thought I don't want to give up so fast so I sucked it up and cooked something on plan. I haven't done any exercise today but I might go for a walk. I am feeling excessively tired and sleepy today. When I am exhausted is when I go off plan. Working nights and getting interrupted sleep wears me out. It's getting old and I need to do something about it. At least I ate on plan today. It's not hard except in my head. I have the same lies I tell myself over and over. Been working real hard to over come them. As I find good tasting and fast easy meals it gets easier. Money and lack of good sleep seem to be a trigger for me. It's weird I'm losing inches but the scale hasn't budged. I will see it soon enough. This a lifestyle not a diet.

Good job Ell...I just tell myself each day....I will have patience and will do this for me...I will take my time and lose it ...one lb. at a time...I didn't gain over night so I will not lose it over night...but I will win this race...:)

It is a daily struggle for me at times when I put way to much focus on it. When I keep busy or just "live" then it feels natural. There is an easy flow to it, but being a stress eater those times when the battle rages on I focus solely on eating and weight and on and on. I need to get out of my head....I'm in there to much.

This IS a lifetime way of eating....I do know that losing our weight helps us control stress better then when we gain more...It takes a lot of courage day in and day out to stay track...but we can do it...You can do it....It is a learning process as you go along each day...Have faith in yourself that YOU CAN DO THIS....:)
