V im so glad your party was a hit..thats a lot of work for 80 people you must be tired.

More snow coming our way also.. L/B doesn't mind..he gets extra cash for working the snow blower on sunday

Me im just going to do some cooking..sip some wine and make a batch

if there is any one out there looking for a new group that has tons of positive energy and willing to be there for anything

Me? Ok, I just posted this same info in another thread about 10 minutes ago.
I'm 58. Married since 1986. I have gone from 180 to as much as 240 (6'2") several times over in the past quarter century. I really, really need this to be the last time I get trim and fit.

Almost there, just maybe 8 to 10 pounds of that final stubborn flab left.

Was losing 4 pounds a week for a while. Can't seem to lose 4 a month now.

So that's what's goin on Deb. I like your avatar

we can always use new blood! I'm just about to celebrate my 35 th wedding anniversary. Monday. I've done the up down too. Trying to recover from a up.

Deb. How's the foot ? So you are keeping the LH

Just sitting out the weather here. I'm doing better since I lowered my carbs. We will see.

Cheryl we have the lake house advertised..if the right people come around they do..BUT we would like to do some work on it also..noticed we need to get up on the roof and tar it between the original house and addition..some paint..needs some tlc

so for now I have a lake house

im sitting in the lobby of the building..did too much today so foot up and sipping a wine

tomorrow I will get L/B to take my bandages off

maybe tonight

well look at me....i've been around since 05

lost 40 lbs on portion control and and workout

im up a size that I would like to lose

love running and I go to YMCA for a group RX class

gets harder keeping the weight off the older I get...BUT I haven't been 100% dedicated

Took the wrap off my foot and I still have alittle liquidy bubble but nothing like I had...time will tell

I really would like to get back to running full time and do another 10k

Welcome GoBahnsen! Nice to have you join us! I have lost the weight a few times and then just regain after a few years. I keep thinking I will get smarter about keeping it off. I will be married 32 years in May.

Cheryl- Congrats on the 35th anniversary! Are you going to do anything special?

Ok I have been away for a week, was so sick I fed the cold and didn't even get on the scales since. So feeling better now and time to get back on Induction once again and stay there. Excuses are just not working for me. Welcome GoBahnsen. Congt's Cheryl that's a lot of years. Deb thanks once again for starting our month up. Still wind chill of -42 C and I am really sick of this. Cheryl have a nice quiet snow/sleet day and hope your power stays on. To those I missed I will get caught up this week. Off to work brrrrrrrrrr glad its next door. Have a great Monday!

Good morning! Scale back down to where I started on BFC. I will continue on 4 carb servings instead of 6 until it quits moving.

It snowed all night on too of all the sleet so we are on emergency road conditions. DH is home. Most everything closed. Luckily it is supposed to warm up in a couple days.

I need to work on my computer. Chrome is loading blank and won't work.

Ended Feb with a 5lb loss (160lb).. Looking for a 7lb drop this month. Guess that means I really need to get my cheating under control!
I also have quite a bit of time in the office by myself so I thought while people are away I would try to squeeze in the 30 Day Squat Challenge (if my poor 32yr old knees will hold out!) Excited to get in a great March, been a very challening year thus far!

For March I'm going to cut the bacon and blue cheese out of my nightly cob salad. The problem has been finding the bacon after dinner too. And the bacon asks for cheese to be friends with.

Just can't kick this darn flu, tried to go back to the gym but left because I couldn't top coughing and did want others to catch it. Then went food shopping and now I home resting. Got to work for a few hours tomorrow, had a call in. Then done till next Tuesday. For the new month going to stay on plan and see if the scale starts moving again. Getting plenty of water in and start exercising.

Deb I see a big differnce when I don't pick at night, maybe I should start eating dinner later.

Bahnsen and Krista great to have more support.

Going to rest be back later to catch up

Thnx misty Hope you feel better soon. Try Braggs apple cider vinegar in water or low carb juice. I haven't been sick worth talking about for 5 years.

I like the eating later idea. With the clocks changing this Sunday, bedtime will be here sooner too
