Hey ya'll. I joined a gym and tonight starts my first night of working out. I'm going with a friend to cycling and zumba. I'm going to be dead after this workout, but i'm looking forward to it. Does anybody want to join me in a Gym challenge? I'm taking my Stats today, and I won't be checking until the 24th of March. No weighing, no measuring no pictures taken.
I don't want to get hung up on the scale as I know it will be moody. Don't want to get hung up on how my body isn't changing just yet either.
Just want to focus on clean eating and working out.
