All is well here in NY! Just finished Week 7 of the Couch to 5k. Dont think I dropped an ounce yet but I can run 25 minutes straight outside on the road in public which is a first for this old lady

Nice to see people dropping some poundage. Helps keep me motivated.

I'm still doing well...I'm loving this extension to my round. Not sure why it's working so well right now, but I'm really happy about it.

Oldafw-good for you!! That's quite an accomplishment!! I remember being really frustrated that running didn't help me lose weight, but it does improve your fitness and cardiovascular health! :exercise:

Deb-how're you doing? Still below your goal? You're very inspiring!

Julie..yeah....Ive decrease my exercise goal to 6 hrs a week for maintenance....I feel GREAT!!! trying to set rewards for every month I maintain... thanks for asking!

I'm actually still on plan and now158....I lost about 3ish pounds last week.
hoping for a continued trend and hoping to see the lower 150s by the end of next week

Hi Beach!

I am still on plan too! I think today is day 27 or 28.... No cheats, and I've been walking 3 miles a day. My clothes fit better and I feel thinner...but the damn scale is not moving. I don't understand it but I'm just trying to not to let it freak me out. I haven't weighed since Monday though, and if I weigh in again this Monday and I haven't lost weight...I might freak.

Congrats to you on your 3 pounds and staying on plan! Great job!

I have been on plan without any cheats for 10 days...in those 10 days, I lost 5pounds total. I've been doing this for like 3 weeks I think (with 3 cheats), and have lost and re-lost several pounds...the same 4 nearly two times. so I guess I've lost 10, 12 pounds? right?

so three more weeks on plan to go and I'll see where I'm at
but I plan to eat this way for life

I think you're doing great! I know the work involved with maintenance and see you being dry successful!

I'm doing well. Finishing my long round at 152.4lbs, which makes me happy!! Looking forward to Atkins type eating for a while. Need to refuel and replenish!! Happy Sunday!

Good job!! And I love the reward!! I tend to do that when hitting goals going down the scale , but haven't incorporated it into maintenance. That's a great idea!! I'm borrowing it

I've been stable but not losing a ton...I kind of keep eating things off plan. I lost 5 pounds and I'm holding...here's to another few pounds!

I'm plugging away on LC, not perfect, but making progress. My current plan is to add back more exercise and stabilize in the low 150's. up through July 4-5, then try to lose 10-15 more lbs. I am not sure how that'll go, but I've got frozen hcg syringes waiting for me, and a rare 3.5 week window to do it! . This past round with the real Rx encouraged me to not give up on previously unattainable goals.

So what do you guys want to do? Who's focused, determined, psyched and ready to lose? It's definitely a marathon... We can
1. Continue posting here
2. Start a new challenge with our gang
3. End this challenge and just go our separate ways.

I'm ok with whatever the majority choose, but I've enjoyed hanging out with you guys on this journey . Hope you're all doing well and fighting the good fight!!
