Morning - just checking in. Haven't weighed yet this week but I feel a little bloated. Drinking tons of water today just in case - seems like you all are doing well on plan over the last week!

Start Date: July 14, 2003 - every day!!
Low-woohoo on your exercise!!

Beach-you too! Enjoy the skiing! Hopes FMD does good things for you!

Belles-water is good! Hope the scale is kind!

Five-hope you're doing well too . How'd the cortisol test go? I've never done one.

Ff-good job! I'm working on getting back into my exercise routine too! We can do it!

I'm doing well, stabilizing nicely. I'm a lb under my LDW (the weight I stopped hcg with) and am content with that. I'm not particularly hungry yet, so I'm not pushing it. 1 day at a time .

Day 4, down 4 pounds so far
Tomorrow will be Phase 3
I'm hoping to lose 20 pounds in the 28 days, so I have increased the food...Phase 2 is the hardest phase to increase...what a boring menu, but I am making it work

Deb, I'm in the same place. I mean, I'm pmsing so I'm craving chocolate, of course, but I've been making a chocolate mug cake and that totally takes care of the craving. Other than that, the hunger is gone. I love it and I hope it lasts!

Great job on the 6+ miles today!

Deb-sorry you're sick hope you're feeling better soon!

Beach-nice losing! wtg! keep fighting the fight

Ff- on no hunger! Keep it up

I'm doing well, still working on stabilizing. I'm still 1 lb under my LDW at 160.8. Today is the first day that I am starting to get hungrier. I'm afraid to eat more, as I've really enjoyed staying under LDW this whole week . But, obviously I will eat more, and work on stopping when I'm full. That's always a problem for me, stopping when the food tastes so good...I tend to have overeating tendencies ... I guess you don't end up a size 26 without a tendency to overeat .

Have a great weekend all!

glad you are feeling better

I'm hanging on...barely...but I'm not stressing it either...It's basically my birthday (celebration anyway) so if I fail, I fail...it puts me back a week

I ate off plan, but I'm not going to beat myself up about it...Onward

I feel like I'm still doing better than last week and while I want the weight off, it will come off. I'm on plan today and feel like I'm in an okay place

Beach, you did great. I truly believe that an off plan meal here and there is fine, it's when we STAY off plan that we get into trouble. So you're right back on plan so you're ahead of the game.

I'm still on plan, but up 3.6 pounds this week. TOM is here, but It's been here since Friday...so I didn't think I'd still be holding on to water weight. So I don't know if that's the reason.

Kinda depressed, but I'm keeping my chin up and staying on plan. There's no other option for me.

I hope everyone else had a great weekend!

FF and Deb

The weekend wasn't perfect, but I am not going to stress...I pretty much ate on plan with the exception of a few meals and cheats
Back on like...

Sorry you're up! Stupid scale! Good attitude and staying on plan will eventually pay off!

Low-hang in there! The cravings will subside and I can sympathize! You did great. Glad you enjoyed a quiet resurrection Sunday. I kind of wish I had.

Beach-glad you're doing well. A few off plan meals here and there is life! Getting back on plans and forging ahead is success!

I went a little nutso this weekend myself...so I'm sure whatever off plan eating any or you did paled by comparison . That's not going to define me though... I've decided to go ahead and do a return to the low cal phase for a week or so. I'd like to stabilize at a lower number, so that when I get around to another round eventually I can actually get to goal. Complicated, but to sum up, I'm going back for 7-10 days of hcg P2. I hope you all will support me in this decision. I know it's hard, and not recommended, but I think I'd like to "strike while the iron is hot" so to speak, and get some more weight off while I'm still mentally up for it.

Good morning all. Couch to 5k week 6 is finished. I still have 3 weeks left of the program but I ran for 25 minutes straight, on the streets in public yesterday. THAT is a really big deal to me. I stopped weighin myself since I was putting on weight and didnt want to quit the program. I will let you know the final results in 3 weeks.

Happy Thursday!!!

I was down to 160 today too

I am so annoyed I'm even here again, but I'm down 3 pounds and hoping for another 4-5 pounds by next week
I am in a good place in my head, so I feel confident. I'm just hoping this will become habit and I keep the weight off

ditto! On all of it!, I'm UP today, but I think/hope it's water retention from sore muscles as I went back to my weight training class Thursday and could barely move! I hope we both can plow ahead and get back down where we belong!

I go in fits and starts...sometimes I'm really faithful, other times i get so busy I get out of the habit of posting. It seems I do better when I check in for accountability.

I'm doing well. Dropped the last 2 days, which is wonderful! down to 157 this morning!! definitely not complaining, but can't quite understand what is working so well right now. Whatever it is, I'd be thrilled to drop 2 more lbs...that'd be a delightful place to end this round. We shall see.
