Deb- I am so happy about the baby. But, what is with all the different stories? That would drive me crazy. Well, the baby being okay is the important thing. So, did she have the baby? Or did they just confirm that baby is still there and doing fine? I guess I could understand all the confusion if it was really early in the pregnancy.

I must agree that Canadian Women Rock!!

I figured that out when I met one that makes her own wine.

makes her own wine.....

not sure on the stories
this chicky is 18 and very needy from what im told

the doctors were the ones here in town that said the baby was deformed..need to see a specialist in Van..but before they could get there she was in labor

now the drip to keep her from going into labor is working and as far as we know baby is fine..idiot doc's

as for the losing the baby I think she make a infection more than a big deal and all of a sudden the story got bigger

trust me there were no persons so shocked but we found out it was a story she lost it

Well I hope the baby is fine Deb, and some people do make stories bigger then they are. How many weeks is she suppose to be? 2 more awesome women this more in skiing love it seeing women making things so exciting. Well weigh day for me tomorrow, I will have to see so far the scale is wanting to stay the same but Saturday usually is better for some reason. Chicken wings for supper that usually does the trick for me for some reason. Were in for wind and snow today so hopefully I have power to cook my wings Girls have a great Friday!!!

Lizzie- Congrats on your loss! So glad you decided to join us..

Cheryl-I am going to have to check that book out.. I love coconut oil. How's your weather? We are going up and then back down but at least no snow and not nearly as cold as it was.

Jo- It's amazing that a life so small and fragile can overcome great odds. What a blessing it is. I haven't watched any of the hockey yet, but if the U.S. is getting whooped by the Canadians.... then it might be interesting.

Misty- I am so sorry to hear you are sick. Be very careful about that allergic reaction to the meds, that can be very dangerous. Rest, rest, rest, and hydrate too.

Deb- So you got the bad boy out of the closet, but did you climb up on him yet?? (I hope we are talking about the scale )

Well not my best week, stayed at the same weight and I am sure its because my boys were eating BBQ chips last night and I had to have some. They are my fav, would of been fine with any other flavor. Oh well its another week and I will do the best I can. My birthday isn't till Monday but Hubby is cooking it birthday supper today. Has a birthday cake in the oven right now. Hopefully he will go with some things I can eat. I know for sure he is doing scallops and some sort of meat. He is not saying much so I have the feeling he doesn't know either Deb my sister in NS said the game starts at 8:00am on Sunday so that's 7:00 am here and middle of the night where you are. Might want to make the coffees and baily's instead of beer *LOL* V the States are all done playing Canada now but it was a great game. We really are a hockey crazed Country. We got the gold in both women's and men's curling and the gold in women's hockey so would be nice to finish it off with the gold in men's. Going to be a lot of people up very early Sunday morning. A book on Coconut oil Cheryl? Sounds interesting I need to get some more. Well car wont start this morning ...hummm we do need groceries

Going to be a nice day, the sun is out already and it's going to hit 50 today. Just hope we don't start a thaw to fast. Feel so much better today so going to do alot of house cleaning, it was hard to do anything with the hives on my palms. Most of them are gone now. You'd think not be able to eat would bring the scale down but no up to 139.9 this mornings. So back to a complete restart and need more water.

V your right Dr said I can't take anything with codine it it. That's what was in my cough syrup. I don't take many meds so I didn't know.

Jo I get hives from other things but never on my palms you just can't stop the itching. Nothing works I guess because the skin is so much thicker. So nice DS wants to be a fireman. We need more of them everywhere. You'll have to tell him that even my dog Rocco was on the FD he'll get a kick out of it. That's so nice of your DH to cook BD dinner for you. I know you'll enjoy it. We have friends that are from canada and every year they clean up the ice a paint it and we all do curling it's so much fun. I was glued to the tv watching.

Cheryl going to try and download the coconut oil info on my kindle, I've been using alot of it. Belly Fat Cure sounds really interesting, read up on it a bit. Makes alot of sense and the eating sounds great.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Deb I hear you on the scale if the lake wasn't frozen mine would of went for a good swim No 139.9 is a real gain for me, a few months ago I was doing so good and got down to 127, Now I'm thinking March is coming fast and then the next thing I know it, it'll be May.

Misty bless your heart you can't catch a break. I'm glad you are feeling better.

Deb you getting up at 4 am and drinking beer?

Jo I had no idea your middle boy was such a preemie. That's so great that he he is ok. BBQ chips got you huh? I know the feeling. Chips. Yumm. You have such a good DH. Get the battery charged?

V yeah our temps are bouncing around too. But no bad weather. With tornadoes down south and blizzards north and east I'll take it.

I guess I have the wrong kind of CO. It is refined.

Loving BFC so more. Simple to follow. Now to see if I lose.

Hi! Thanks for the support. I was starving last night and ate a big meal.. scale was up but thats the way I remember it happening..

Just made my guys Manwiches and macaroni and cheese and then they said tator tots sounded good too! So I watched them shovel carbs in and ate my plain beef with some taco seasonings. I had one tot as my carb..lol. Wonder if I can calculate the carb content of one tot?

Enjoying the weather.. calling for 6" on wed..so getting out as much as I can.

Have a great weekend!
