ok we are not *up there* the ground is pretty much level on both

I say ..yes we do have Costco..and she was like...ok so why would you drive all the way from up there to be here?

Deb the Amish are a religious group scattered around the US. They live like the old days. No electric etc. some are more strict than others. Their cattle are pasture fed for the most part so the butter tsar and nutrition is better than the usual grain fed. Every food Amish tastes better. We stop at an Amish Cheese House in Ok when we go to Texas.

I would have to sub something for the asparagus.

Retell the Jumping Jack story. I can't recall it.

Ok ok I will open my C oil
We used to make our own butter, and had milk straight from the cow........................I will buy butter and milk

We made it up to the 20s today.

Also did not drink coffee or pop today. Only water....with a 5 hr energy in it this afternoon...

11 hrs at office today, and I feel beat up. Didn't sleep good last night, and I can tell.

7 clients tomorrow, but made a little progress today...

Deb truly when I have been in the states I have been asked some of the strangest questions. Different for us because we learn all about them in school then have American TV stations. Ok guys stop it -38C windchill here this morning and remember at -40 C and F are the same. I am so done with winter and a ton more snow last night. On a good note my eating has been spot on. Don't remember the jumping jack story either, do tell. For the record no Amish up here they are to smart to come tis far north Well off to work and yes Deb I am counting down *L*

Cheryl I bought my kitchen table and chairs at our amish store I love it, they make beautiful things.

Deb the eggs are so easy and fast to make I have a huge sheetcake pan. Then I just cook up some peppers and onion and mix with tons of eggs and pour it in the pan and bake. Then I cut the up to fit the sandwich topped with cheese. Was watching on tv this morning that you we showing how to use coconut oil to take make-up off, great idea.

Jo sounds like your getting weather like us. WTG on being on plan.

Karen sounds like your tax season is starting, and working alot of hours already.

We have the kitchen and the town garage is right next door. So they'll be stopping for tons of coffee and something to eat. We're such a small community that we help everyone. Not going to start serving until midnight. It's really alot of fun.

Deb- Sorry about your back, and your sick man. I hope he doesn't have an infection. So much stuff going around right now. Make sure he gets lots of rest and hydrates. Do you think you pulled a muscle? I hope it heals fast.

Misty- yuck for all the snow. I hate the stuff. We are finally starting to thaw, but there is just so much on the ground it will take awhile. Be safe and warm.

Are you Canadians (up there) picking on us (down here) in the states??

Well, I don't have a Costco way down here in Kansas.
We have the Walmart version= Sam's

I am day 5 on plan. Drinking my water. 1 liter down and starting my second one now. (I got myself a liter bottle, so I would know for sure)
Watched my grand baby this morning, now getting some house cleaning done and dinner ready for the guys. Beef enchiladas for them, I will just make a taco salad from the meat.

V your doing so good on plan. I've been getting my water in too. Yes this snows got to go we're already up to a foot. Going to take some pic and will post them so everyone feels bad for me

Last night, took a PM ibuprofen, and slept from 9 til 6 this morning. Woke up by a tow truck call We were still sound asleep at that time!!

I was shot last night. I looked at the floor, and looked at my arm weights, and just kept sitting

Getting about 10 returns per day out the door, so not backing up like we did last year. Everyone is in fairly good mood at the office. Fridays we tend to get a little crazy........

Later, ladies!!

Boy did we get snow and they say another 6 inches tomorrow. Enough already. Had a great time feeding the worker last night, didn't get home until around 5 am, but it was so much fun. As a thank you some guys came over had plowed and shoveled us out. So nice. DH want's to take me to dinner tonight and it's so cold and windy I'd rather stay home. But that's not going to work

Deb glad your felling better.

Wishing everyone a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY. Be back to catch up need a quick nap before we go out.
