CRAPCRAPCRAP!

Just lost a big ole post!

I'm up about 4 ish lbs. Back at it strong today. Biked for an hr this morning.

DH had his cast taken off today, and they put on a splint for 3 more weeks. He has a heart cath scheduled tomorrow.

Kel - I like the grandma suits, but I usually do the tankini kind No words of wisdom just lots of You love your kids so much and how do you KNOW what the right thing is! At my son's school they have a program called "drug free schools of america". You can pay to have your child enrolled and they do random drug tests on the student. If a drug is found, the parents are notified. If you test negative, they send you coupons and vouchers for different things. We signed DS (he agreed) up and he's been tested 3 times in the past two years. It can be a way for the kid to say, Hey, I can't do that, I get randon drug tested. Anyway, don't know what I'm trying to say, just

Wiz - wooohoooo for wooshes! I keep hitting my low and sabotaging myself on the weekends!

Cindy - I feel your pain about your DD moving! You feel free to lament as often as you like! My DS is 18 and I'm not even looking forward to the day he moves into his own place, let alone so far away!

Happy Hump Day Beachers!

Hanging in there with DD moving to FL and the cold and bitter windchills.

Nothing new; eating going well and working out.
Tired of winter and can't wait for my trip to FL in April!

Good morning!

Not much new to report. Did a 4-mile run this morning. Scale was down a few ounces. Making chicken black bean chili for dinner tonight. And work is annoying me. Ha!

Have a good day gang!

Morning Beachers!

Got my hour bike ride done this morning.

Sick of the cold weather to Cindy! We are supposed to get rain, snow and freezing rain on Sunday and Monday.

This month is probably gonna be a wash weight loss wise. I MIGHT be down between 2-4 lbs. I'll see what tomorrow has to bring.

Happy Thursday beachers!

Hi Girls,
I will be glad when this week is over, its going super slow! Busy at work today, lots of meetings and I have a huge project I have been assigned for Facebook and today is the first meeting, they make us get on a webcam and communicate thru Facebook, should be interesting lol.

I didnt get on the scales this morning, too scared lol. Im ready for winter to be over too, they are saying possible snow here this weekend which will be really bad considering all the driving I have to do this weekend to pick up kids and head north for our overnight stay at Great Wolf.

I got a letter from my doc saying my xrays on my back didnt show anything abnormal, but I have my appt with the specialist on Monday, thinking they will prob have to do an MRI, but not sure.

Wiz- I have always worn the skirt bottoms too cause I hate my thighs. But normally I wear a bikini top with it. I will have to check into the link you posted.

Well time to get back to work! Thanks for the kind words ladies

Good morning!! Really cold here this morning...7 degrees. So I did my exercise bike instead of running.

Eating was good yesterday, although the scale didn't show it. I actually had a small bump up.

I made an awesome Southwestern Chicken Black Bean Chili last night for dinner. We both loved it. I'll try to get it posted here.

We're off to Philly tomorrow - Flyers/Rangers game in the afternoon, followed by dinner in center city and hotel overnight. It was a Christmas gift. We are really looking forward to it.

And then off to CA next week - our offices in Mountain View (between San Fran and San Jose.)

Tina, while I love to run - I will say that I can work up a pretty darn good sweat on my exercise bike. And of course, so much less stress on my joints.

Kelly, hope you have a great time this weekend!!

Cindy, it's nice you already have a trip to FL planned. I think once you see with your own eyes where your daughter is living, etc. it will be less stressful for you.

Luisa, any news from the Dr?

TGIF!!!

Hi Girls,
The scales were down a couple pds this morning, but of course Im sure that wont be the case by the time I get home from our trip this weekend!

Im leaving work early today to go pick up DS15 and that way we can get back at a decent hour. I have housework and packing to do before we leave in the morning.

Super excited I will check back in on Monday!

Have a great weekend girls,

Kelly
