Goal Weight for February = 185 (more achievable than I usually try for)

Week One
Saturday 2-1 = 195.6 Sad that January losses were so low. Holidays, even though only a few days of splurging, had more impact than I expected. Had hoped to hit 190 before end of Jan. I was aiming for 150 by mid summer. That timeline has moved up and I'm being pretty drastic. I know it's probably not a good idea, but since I plan to go keto the rest of my life, I figure I can eat more when I get close to goal.
Sunday 2-2 = 195.2
Monday 2-3 = 194.2
Tuesday 2-4 = 193.2
Wednesday 2-5 = 192.4 New low. But have been doing mostly fat fasts the past few days. Had just a tiny bit of protein yesterday in addition to my usual butter.
Thursday 2-6 = 191.2 Love whooshes, so motivating. Had more protein yesterday. Roast beef and baked trout. Have realized I'm iron deficient, probably lack of food. That would explain my fatigue for the last few months. Started taking iron supplements yesterday.
Friday 2-7 = 190.6 Another new low, but tonight is my cocktail night. I know I'll gain a couple lbs of water from it.

Week Two
Saturday 2-8 = Didn't weigh.
Sunday 2-9 = 191.8
Monday 2-10 = 191.2
Tuesday 2-11 = 189.4 Happy day! Entered the 180's....so excited! Been so many years.
Wednesday 2-12 = 189.4
Thursday 2-13 = 189.4 Definitely hormonal, same thing happens every month. For about 2 weeks, the scales are stubborn, then for 2 weeks it whooshes down. Hard to wait it out, but fun once it starts falling again so fast.
