After years of on and off low carb I have finally come up with my success plan! Wondered if anyone else was on a similar path. I so need an outlet as my friends are sick of hearing what I eat! Lol but it's exciting when you make up something amazing!!!
I decided that the scales were my demise! I saw that big loss week one.. Then not much for weeks and finally said heck with diet! Not this time baby! I weighed in on January 13th! Measured and all! Then? Took those things to the attic until April 13th! Really and truly the mirror and my britches should be all I need!
I'm eating 20 carbs a day! I have caffein! I've read enough to understand that hitting ketosis is great as long as you don't eat sooo much fat that your body is fueled from it instead of the great reserve I have in my booty! Lol. I've also learned that carbs should come from veggies and some fruit.. I hate veggies but I'm doing good faking myself out!
I'm eating no more than 20 carbs a day
Drinking some water and aiming for more but any glass is progress
I've eliminated all the fake food.. LC bread, tortillas, bars, and BS!
I'm watching my meats! Trying to make lean choices!
I'm also looking to buy a treadmill so I can also get off my rear.
I have been eating some super good food!!! I haven't weighed at all and I'm on my 3rd week! I felt the bloat tight feeling go right away. Last week I didn't feel much of a change. This week.. I feel lighter lol.. But I still don't look it! I want to weigh sooo bad! But hope is better than what looks like failure! I know I'm doing everything right so why discourage right?!??
Anyone interested or already doing this?
