2014 Lose Weight and Be Fit 90 Day Challenge
I am starting a new challenge for 90 days running from Jan 1st 2014-April 1st 2014.
Post your before stats,pictures,measurements-whatever makes you motivated.

I have fallen off the wagon after having some spectacular loss last November.I need some extra motivation.
So here are my goals:
1.lose weight and reach goal
lose the 12 pounds gained during holidays
nix the cravings
3.work on my ab exercises for diastasis(this time for real)
4.start training for my first 5k
will post my stats tomorrow.
