Great to see you all....the antibiotics are working..Im no longer contagious..so I can go out tomorrow..I was getting cabin fever! Im back to work tomorrow...I have a fun lunch with my DS..and a break long enough for a small walk..I just want to be back to normal...

I just realized this is the 11th anniversary of my due date for my daughter. I wanted to ring the neck of the nurse that weighed me in at the doc's office that morning when she informed me and my husband (loud and clear) that was 205 on 2/05. What a *****! I had been able to keep my weight private for four years and a previous pregnancy. Monster!

hahahahahhahahahahahhahahaha!

OMG, I totally went through that when I was pregnant too. The first time the nurse asked me my weight while my husband was in the room and I was mortified to say it in front of him. The second time I was a nervous wreck that they'd ask me with him in the room again because I weighed even more with my second child. So I sent him to the cafeteria with my older daughter to get food before the nurse came in to get all my info. Phew. Crisis averted. lol

Hey ladies!

I've been a mess! Between the car accident, and now visiting the chiropractor/massage therapist 3x a week, family in town staying with us, dh's birthday yesterday and the surrounding eating out and celebration, Super Bowl Sunday...I've been off any type of plan for a bit, and the scale shows it. Sigh. I need to get a grip on this, and hope life will calm down! I need to find some motivation!! That'll help too!

five and FF - how freaking mortifying! I have never ever let my husband see how much I weigh and would absolutely have a nervous breakdown if they did that to me! Omg. So rude!!!

Hope everyone is having a good week. I gained a few pounds last weekend while I was at the tournament - likely because we had to eat out all weekend and because I drank a wee bit too much lol. The few pounds is back off so I really want to get to the 170s by the end of next week. I'm determined!!!!

FF - are you doing the 2 low days a week or just strictly lc? I'd like to do the 2 days next week if you want to coordinate...

How is your weekend going????
I walked the canyon trail...kicked butt....was the oldest and least experienced..and I was in the MIDDLE of the pack!...bouldered....climbed long VERY long steep grade primitive trails...scaled huge rocks....3 hrs of nonstop adventure..My DS and DGS were sooo proud of me...( and DH)..
Didn't collapse....didn't take to my bed when I got home..felt like a million!!!!! My DS gave us some things to prevent debilitating soreness.. they worked..I must have used every muscle group!...My workouts to build upper body strength WORKED...

Thanks for letting me BRAG!

Hey, so I am taking a couple days off from FMD. I had a party here yesterday. Actually, it was two parties. One for family and one for Tweens. Anywho, it was the first time I had dairy since doing 30+days of FMD. Well, I was up half the night. First, bc the slumber party girls were rude. Second, bc i was stuck in the bathroom. Has this happened to anyone here? I am guessing I should stay away from dairy or else pay the price...which was awful. So tomorrow, I'll jump back into the rotation. I am up in weight a few pounds. I wish I weren't. I hope it all works itself out.

on the issues, but wow on 30 days on FMD!! How's it been? How's the scale (aside from this recent blip?) thanks for sharing!

Lowcarbed-WTG!! what a great hike, and such an encouraging post!!you're doing great!!

It looks like I may finally be getting back to a normal life! It'll be over a month with one thing after another for me, but I'm still kicking! I'm going to just do 1200 cals a day for a while and workout and see where I get. I'm not too motivated to follow any plan, but think I'll try counting calories for now and see if that'll work. Choosing healthy ones where I can, and adding 1-2 higher cal days a week...I hope to be able to stay in control w/o tighter structure. Well see.
I am the ever changing eater! resisting the urge to run back to hcg...

Thanks! You're so sweet! LC works well too, and is usually my woe of choice, but I'm hoping to keep more carbs in my plan and actually lose weight...we'll see. I will give it a little time .

I had to go P3 today. I've been snowed in all day. Last night, I was so emotional. I went to bed early and woke up in the middle of the night starving. I'll put in another P2 on Sunday.

Julie, as far as weight loss, I am still at 8-10. It is pretty good for almost 6 weeks. I will just keep plugging away.

I cant even remember my goal....5 lbs????..uh....yeah maybe that was it....

I guess the goal was 155.....( 6 lbs down).....we will see tomorrow...
I did the 420 min of exercise a week except when I was sick...and I was pretty consistent in eating
