1st quarter challenge ~ Are you in?
I would like to break my goals into 4 quarters. I just started 2 days ago and am in Ketosis ~
1st quarter would be January 1st ~ April 30th.
I will post a picture on January 1st with my current weight, and you to all follow suit if possible.
I would also like to share as often as you like tips ~ weird fact, foods are interesting things you have come across.
I will start
Almond milk = Delish! Had never tried it
Cheecharonis~ mmm great alternative to the potato chip
Cough drops for the most part have 4 carbs each YIKES
there are a few that have 2 or less, but most have 4
Cranberries just a few, better alternative to raisins To spice up a chicken salad Oh and try adding a little Turmeric
Aspartame free sodas
Hansen's~ RC ~ Fanta ~ and apparently Coke has one too ~
my favorite go to gotta have a sweet snack ~ Sugar free jello ~ frozen Whip cream ~ or a bite of peanut butter
i love to cook and, so i find this style of eating very pleasurable, and have had a lot of success in the past.
So ladies Whos with me? Any takers? Just looking for a few dedicated, motivating friends to help me on this Journey
