Goal Weight for December = 198

Week One
Sunday 12-1 = 205.8 Ok, just 1.6 pounds to get back to pre-turkey day. Not bad.
Monday 12-2 = 206.2 Body readjusting I think. 2 lbs to pre-turkey day. Gonna try for 198 before Christmas though as I would like to splurge a bit and will need several days after to get back down.
Tuesday 12-3 = 206.4 Hum
Wednesday 12-4 = 207.6 Ugh...however, I measured hips, waist and thigh, and have lost 1 inch in each area since last time I measured 8 days ago! Very interesting.
Thursday 12-5 = 206.0 Will take a while yet to decide if the Turkey Day carb up was a help or hindrance. Going to be patient. Eating extra protein lately and feeling it in extra energy.
Friday 12-6 = 206.2 Good energy again yesterday. Going to stick with extra protein a few more days I think. Will see if weight sticks here and change up again if so.
Saturday 12-7 = ? Didn't weight

Week Two
Sunday 12-8 = 205.6 Made vinegar chicken yesterday.
Monday 12-9 = 204.8 Don't know if the weight would be coming off anyway or if vinegar chicken is my miracle food. But I bought a bunch of chicken thighs shopping yesterday.
Tuesday 12-10 = 203.2 Eating lots of vinegar chicken, made a new batch yesterday. Makes me feel good, I like it, it's easy, and boy does it seem to push the scales down. Hit a new low this morning!
Wednesday 12-11 = 203.0 Sticking to the same plan.
Thursday 12-12 = 202.6 Been eating two meals a day with spoons of butter for snacks. Been waking up too early for a few days so a bit sleep deprived. Going to have something a bit different today, probably some fish.
Friday 12-13 = 201.8 Get to change my stats again today. Had some lemon pepper fish and vinegar chicken yesterday. Making another batch of chicken again today. LOL
Saturday 12-14 = 200.8 Spent yesterday after work making cookies to give away and did a small bit of tasting. Starting to get tired of vinegar chicken but it's working so well. Have a party tonight and plan to have some cocktails and some sweets. With the weight coming off so fast right now I think that'll help me avoid overdoing though. But I expect the scales to be up a bit the next couple of days. Ugh...soooooooo close to goal!

Week Three
Sunday 12-15 = 202.8 Did the carb thing last night. Tomato rice soup, cocktails.
Monday 12-16 = 204.2 Just keep reminding myself it's only water.
Tuesday 12-17 = 202.0 Losing the water quickly.
Wednesday 12-18 = 201.6 Had eggs the last couple of days, and hormonal issues. Wish I saw more lost today.
Thursday 12-19 = 199.0 Fat fasted all day yesterday, this morning I found myself in ONEDERLAND!!!
Friday 12-20 = 198.6 Probably not going to see Onederland again until sometime after New Years as I'll be indulging for the holidays. But it was nice to visit now.
Saturday 12-21 = 200.4 Had my carb and cocktails evening last night.

Week Four
Sunday 12-22 = 199.2 Fat fasted yesterday.
Monday 12-23 = 199.8 Starting my holiday splurging today.
Tuesday 12-24 = Didn't weigh
Christmas Day 12-25 = Didn't weigh
Thursday 12-26 = 207.0
Friday 12-27 = 204.6 Fat fasted yesterday.
Saturday 12-28 = 202.4 Fat fasted 1/2 day yesterday and back to vinegar chicken rest of day.

Week Five
Sunday 12-29 = 201.6 Had cocktails last night. Will probably show as gain tomorrow.

Monday 12-2 = 64K Going the wrong direction
Tuesday 12-3 = 64K Hopefully no more gain

Tuesday 12-10 = 203.2 Eating lots of vinegar chicken, made a new batch yesterday. Makes me feel good, I like it, it's easy, and boy does it seem to push the scales down. Hit a new low this morning!
Wednesday 12-11 = 203.0 Sticking to the same plan.
Thursday 12-12 = 202.6 Been eating two meals a day with spoons of butter for snacks. Been waking up too early for a few days so a bit sleep deprived. Going to have something a bit different today, probably some fish.
Friday 12-13 = 201.8 Get to change my stats again today. Had some lemon pepper fish and vinegar chicken yesterday. Making another batch of chicken again today. LOL
Saturday 12-14 = 200.8 Spent yesterday after work making cookies to give away and did a small bit of tasting. Starting to get tired of vinegar chicken but it's working so well. Have a party tonight and plan to have some cocktails and some sweets. With the weight coming off so fast right now I think that'll help me avoid overdoing though. But I expect the scales to be up a bit the next couple of days. Ugh...soooooooo close to goal!

Week Three
Sunday 12-15 = 202.8 Did the carb thing last night. Tomato rice soup, cocktails.
Monday 12-16 = 204.2 Just keep reminding myself it's only water.
Tuesday 12-17 = 202.0 Losing the water quickly.
Wednesday 12-18 = 201.6 Had eggs the last couple of days, and hormonal issues. Wish I saw more lost today.
Thursday 12-19 = 199.0 Fat fasted all day yesterday, this morning I found myself in ONEDERLAND!!!
Friday 12-20 = 198.6 Probably not going to see Onederland again until sometime after New Years as I'll be indulging for the holidays. But it was nice to visit now.
Saturday 12-21 = 200.4 Had my carb and cocktails evening last night.

Week Four
Sunday 12-22 = 199.2 Fat fasted yesterday.
Monday 12-23 = 199.8 Starting my holiday splurging today.
Tuesday 12-24 = Didn't weigh
Christmas Day 12-25 = Didn't weigh
Thursday 12-26 = 207.0
Friday 12-27 = 204.6 Fat fasted yesterday.
Saturday 12-28 = 202.4 Fat fasted 1/2 day yesterday and back to vinegar chicken rest of day.

Week Five
Sunday 12-29 = 201.6 Had cocktails last night. Will probably show as gain tomorrow.
Monday 12-30 = 202.8 Yup, what I expected. Also ate extra protein yesterday.
New Year's Eve 12-31 = 201.8 Planning to party tonight so will see gain again.
