Hi everyone! I'm very new to this forum. I sought out support and here I landed.

I've done low carb so many times. The first time I lost near 40lbs in about 4 months. I was thrilled I'd hit goal! That lasted a couple of days lol and the weight came flooding back! I feel foolish for losing what I had.

I've gone off and on the diet more times than I can remember since.. I lose all that water or what have you on week one... Then not much happens. I usually get pretty discouraged around week 3-4 and have a pity party and the results of that party usually end in a binge!

I realize now that it will never be a diet. It's going to have to be a lifestyle. I'm prepared for that. But, it's almost like my body is on to me. Like the diet doesn't work anymore.

I need support to help me make it to goal! It doesn't seem like a lot of weight I need to lose but it becomes a lot when the scales and measurements aren't moving. How do you stay motivated? What changed? What can I try? Why did I start before holidays lol!!! I just want to see some progress!

I started 3 weeks ago. I've lost 8lbs. Week 1 I was down 8 (record week 1).. Week 2 3lbs came back week 3 (almost over) I've lost the 3lbs I gained back!

How do you stay motivated?????
