WOE: My way mixing it low carb
Well my brother SIL and Nephew came in and I blew my eating this past week. Then I had low back pain I to my right leg so I took a few days off for that. So back at it again.

I took Monday off also.......now got a pound to get back off.

I stayed off the scale a couple days. Didn't want to know.

You will get back on track here. Glad you got your steps in again.
I have been doing better on exercise, but have been slipping backwards a little on diet pop....

I drink diet soda and have no intention of giving it up.

10000 steps in.

On plan.

I don't know if ignorance is bliss but it sure keeps me from getting in a funk I'm too good at being hard on myself so I'm trying to give myself a break. I screwed up. Just tell myself OK. Now get back at it. And I did.

Hurt my back muscles at work. Lifting rolled up 8x10 area rugs to arrange them right. Every time I think I'm over it , I'm not. I know no more low back exercises or bending exercises until it is well and then some. It's not bad pain, just muscle but it hurts dang it.

My back hurts, but it is from lack of excercise

Going back to weekly goals. This monthly thing just doesn't work.

Motorcycle or horseback 4 x per week.

Only 1 dessert or chocolate goodie every day. (today's already eaten)

1 SF drink each day----water rest of day.

That is the starting point for this next week.
