All you looser people out there

It is cold here...the kind of cold that hurts your sinuses when you breathe I put on a Pilates tape in the A.M. then braved the cold and took a walk with a friend this afternoon. I would never have ventured out if not her enthusiasm.

It is football day in my house so there is a lot of snacks out I am having difficulty ignoring them. No drinking for me tonight or I know I am toast.

I don't really like P3...the fruit choices suck (AND are out of season)
I like P1 best and P2 is the worst. I think a marriage between 1 & 2 is the perfect combo and I would be a happy camper.

I totally messed up today. I made a P1 P3 meatloaf and had it for lunch (It had grains in it so can only eat it for breakfast or dinner). I didn't have fruit (which is icky anyway) so I ended up flipping my lunch and dinner (I was at work so couldn't really fix my mess up) I made a mixed berry sorbet and that was ok...hoping this doesn't mess me up...ugh

I had to flip meals a lot because of work. It shouldnt be an issue. I lived on blackberries, blueberries and peaches on p3. Also cheated with strawberries a few times.

Monday Monday... lets see how I do.

I will try to catch up on all the posts but will definitely be checking in daily now that things are slowing down. I'm still maintaining and am looking to lose 10 pounds by Christmas. I miss you all!!!!

Well...stepped on the scale down .6 ( 6/10ths) of a lb...this is why I hate the scale...so..Im focusing on my goals for the week..420 min of aerobic exercise...staying on plan... Really hoping I get my Bowflex this week....I want to see progress in my midsection...and more upper body strength..Ive decided to keep the 420 min a week goal..but include the upper body work in that total....7 hrs is about the limit I can carve out of my weekly schedule...

Don't get discouraged Deb. The scale is evil. Mine keeps bouncing up and down too, even though my clothes are fitting better and I "feel" thinner. So I'm staying away from the scale until Thursday. I'll weigh myself before all the food festivities take place.
