150 minutes!!!!!!!

awesome ....and I was feeling so accomplished with 20 minutes at 5 am

I will get another 30 minutes tonight after work

Olda...did you have any weird feelings or symptoms during each phase that you can recall? I get superie-dooperie tired in the first 2 phases I feel good in phase 3, but it is a lot of food A LOT!! I'm not sure which phase I like best because I don't really mind any...by day 2 and P2...I feel flu-ish, but I get saved by P3, so yeah.
I really like that I can eat whatever...but not whenever

FF you better be on the wagon, girlie

Beach isn't that stuff the best for a cold? Zen is great but whats this other stuff you speak of? Does starbucks have a new mint tea?

Tzao Refresh mint...it isn't green...oh, but it is yummy...it's like going into the peppermint room at Celestial Seasonings here in Boulder (Amazing) it clears your head and smells and tastes soooo good and it's DECAF

Beach, I bet they go away soon. The first 2 weeks on anything and your body is detoxing or just adjusting. Eating low carb for so long before I did this, p2 didnt seem to bother me but I LOVE p1 and p3.

Ok, I am getting a bit depressed about not being able to jump on the bandwagon and start eating well. Had a block of cheese with a sleeve of ritz crackers with a glass and a half of wine last night. It seems to happen every night. I always enjoy a glass of wine here and there but never drank every night before. Its been like 5 nights in a row and I eat everything in sight when I do it. Ugh!

Well...... 12 pounds. Gained back 4 but it took a long time to gain it back. I went off program in July! So I am still down 8. Its the most successful I have been in years and years. I really believe I killed my metabolism, ketosis, juice fasting, eating like a pig... All extremes.

yeah...me too. (killing my metabolism)
I was just wondering and hoping is all...I'm starting out heavier...(way heavy for me) so I'm hoping to get about 15 for now...even if I continue til closer to Christmas and go to maintenance. I could totally eat this way though...I found a new tea...so I'm good

I would like alcohol...but honestly, the longer I'm away from it, and the better I feel, I don't miss it at all and I was hitting it really hard ...my liver totally thanks me

Hi guys!!!!

Thank you for missing me and sorry I haven't checked in! Don't worry, I'm totally still on the wagon! I've just been totally consumed with turning my house into Winter Wonderland! lol Can you tell Christmas is my favorite time of the year?

I did go to the gym today and did the treadmill for 45 minutes. I could have gone longer, but two skinny ladies showed up and killed my vibe so i left.

Menu today:
B: Nothing.
L: turkey ham, cucumbers, avocado
S: cheese, almonds
D: coffee

Congrats to everyone that is losing or staying on plan! Everyone is doing great! This is what I like to see!

Oh Beach, I forgot to tell you, I got a text from Riot the other day saying that she wants to start the Fast Metabolism diet and asking me to do it with her. I told her that you are doing it and seeing great results! Maybe we can get her back in this thread once she starts doing it with you! She just ordered the book the other day. I will ask her when she's planning to start.

kitty

Cool....FF....I hope she comes back...I'm pretty sure I'm on this for the long haul...but I really do like it. It's a diet change, not a diet. She posts some videos too and it just makes so much sense to not be phobic about food...idk...I'm cautiously optimistic

It was a beautiful day..sunny warm ( 60's)..I always feel like I get more of a workout when I walk outside!!!

I had a great lunch with our son, I had a Greek salad..only ate about 1/2..and was full..dinner will be turkey vegetable soup...and veggies and dip..and decaf w/ hnh.

I've been following Stillmans QWL diet, the average person is supposed to lose 7-15 lbs the first week, than an average of 5 lbs a week afterwards,It's a combination of low carb/low fat, lean meats, seafood ,low fat cottage cheese, boiled eggs, everything is cooked without added fat...and and a minimum of 8 -10 oz cups of water.
