I certainly hope I can continue to watch the number go down.

I've been eating strawberries, hard boiled eggs throughout the day. Last night dinner was a small NY strip with one cup of broccoli. I did snack on almonds last night.

Tonight will be fish and vegetable of some sort.
Don't you like surprises?

So I stepped on the scale and it was down 1.5 since I stepped on yesterday. Happy about that now to keep going.

Made a drink this morning with spinach, banana, pear, ginger, lemon juice, carrot, ginger and a little OJ. Surprisingly good and refreshing and filling. I also made two eggs to go with it for protein.

Lunch will be sausage patty and mashed cauli.

S-another juice (which I am not sure if its qualified as juice with the thicker consistency)

D-chili

Gotta try to push water today.

E-three miles walking

FatFatnomore: Oh hecks yes, we can do it!!

I stepped on the scale this morning and couldn't believe it - I had dropped 3lbs overnight!!!
That has never, ever, ever!!! Happened before! I am now only .05lb up from my last Friday weigh in - Do I dare hope I might even lose some weight this week for the first time in 3 weeks?!?!
Sure puts a little motivational fire under my butt!
Dare to Dream.

I'll keep trying !

Yay Beach!!!!!! I love it when you're in the zone with us! You'll lose a ton of weight now and make it look so easy and I'll be sitting here scratching my head wondering why my scale won't move.
I was totally in that dark place and giving up and giving into fat I really didn't think I could make it through even one day of FMD and ....here I am !! I'm totally having a love/hate relationship with fiber right now
I'm with Olda...this is totally do-able...just hope I get the results she did ...AND....she better check in...soon!

Doing good! Yesterday was a perfect day food wise. Like I said I was cleaning all day so I didn't do any official exercise buy I don't feel guilty at all.

Maybe tomorrow I will step on the scale.

Today I did weights at the Y and did c25k at home.
I already ate this morning and drank before I hopped on the scale.
awesome Amity...you are rocking it!
I do really think I CAN do this

I would love to pop in here!
I made a plan this weekend to make a turkey dinner and stick with just the ‘low carb’ options..
Yeah.. Should have seen that one coming. I proceeded to eat leftovers and whatnot for the remainder of the weekend, add in a couple of bottles of wine and VOLA! 3.5lbs gains..
Back on track today but definitely will show no loss on my Friday weigh in. I was so hoping for 145lbs by my husband’s Dec 6th Christmas Party, but now at 157.5lbs I’mit's going to be near impossible.
NEW GOAL! 145 by Christmas Eve!!!
Today's meal - I am feeling very guilty and hope a low carb/cal day will level the playing field.

I NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND QUIT THIS WEEKEND CHEATING!!!!!!
and stick with us...we will slap the cheats right out of your hands

Hellllloooooo to everyone!!!! Slow moving week. Recovery was rough but coming out of the fog.

Beach! I am so happy you are going to try this. I havent gone over 142 in a few months after "fixing my metabolism.

I cant really exercise for awhile unless I want to pick my implants off the floor. (maybe a walk) so I have to get my food in check. Been eating about 5 peices of halloween candy a day for weeks.
Hopefully will be off painkillers and back to normal by the weekend.

Exactly the same as yesterday - 159.4

Hmmmmmmmm.....what to do, what to do......eat the same? eat less? eat more? move more? Perplexing! I feel like I'm constantly moving in some sort of fashion during the day watching my 3 year old twin grandkids and I don't want to do anything else once they go home! Just want to collapse in the recliner.

Glad all went well! Take it easy so your body can heal properly. And...I would have donated to the cause if I knew....I have enough to share and I don't enjoy them at all !

sorry your recovery was so rough

Yep...I'm doing the Metabolism Fix...I have really messed mine up I fear. You know me...140's...and I am up to 160 I even tried another round of hcg out of desperation in the 150s and made it to the 160s ...
I figured with hormones and all the damage chronic dieting has done, I better start fixing
I am down about a pound and staring day 3...or P2...so low carb/low fat today

So dont get on the scale til monday. You lose weight on p2 and gain some back on p3 and get annoyed. P3 is the best way of eating EVER.

I kind of find this is do-able because of the changes...I look forward to today...and have egg whites for snacks, grilled chicken...loads of veggies (none of the ones I like are off limits) and in two days...I can change again and have fats/carbs/fruit and protein

the thing I miss...green tea beer

I am beginning to feel good...but things I didn't like...the FIBER issue and man I was tired yesterday...I mean...sooo incredibly tired....I was foggy, exhausted...I couldn't work out..no way. It was all I could do to get through my 11 hour day at work. I already feel better today...more alert...must of pooped the fog

sorry...TMI

Oh...and I don't plan on getting on the scale for a WHILE....I am horrified when I do. I got on today to make sure I was actually going down and was relieved...now I am just going to let it surprise me

I am so glad you are back ...I needed the pep talk and advise

So the philosphy says.... just the first 28 days you have to be perfect. Then you can eat in p3 all the time and throw in p2 for a few days if you want etc etc. Do 2 weeks of the cycles, whatever you want. so I convinced myself that I can do anything for 28 days.

And I drank coffee the whole time. I couldnt do it. No alcohol wasnt bad, no coffee... unbearable.

My favorite things

p1 oatmeal smoothie for breakfast. (one cup steel cut oats, one cup mango, a pinch of stevia, a pinch of cinnamon and a few ice cubes)

Wild rice or japonica rice... cooked from scratch kind

ezekial tortillas

brown rice tortillas cut up, tossed with a touch of olive oil, salt and baked in the oven.
