Same ole' Same ole' today! I'm not overly concerned, but will focus on adding more fat into my diet as opposed to protein.

Beautiful sunny day, but cold! More yard work today! Gotta stay ahead of the leaves!

ok...did most of the 30 day shred this morning, but had to get ready for work before I could finish...going to do it again when I get home and start exercising like no other diet isn't working...can't find balance between the two ugh

I am considering joining Olda...but for now, I am exercising and doing what I can as far as food goes...pretty much sticking with Harpers jump start which is better than I have been doing (even though I didn't do great yesterday, I tried)

Olda, I'm glad everything went well on Friday and I hope you're feeling good!

Susan, you're doing great. Just keep keepin on!

Good morning everyone else!

Got my workout done again this morning! I think I have discovered the trick that works for me. Going to the gym right after dropping DD at school has been great. Fingers crossed that I keep it up!

Menu today:

I have been so busy. I'm sorry I haven't checked in like I should. I am still on plan. Hovering around 180 still. Just finished TOM so I'm hoping for a whoosh soon. I start my new position on Thursday so I'm busy trying to finish up things at my current job so I can make a smooth transition. I will do my best to check in first thing in the morning. I didn't have time to read through the posts from Thursday until now so I hope you are all doing well

This time last week I was 163 (11/05)
Today I'm 160 (11/12)

Have been eating on plan, counting carbs and calories. I guess 3 pounds down is good so far, but I did see 158.8 last week but it did not stick even with the yard activity over the weekend!

I'll keep trying !

Don't get discouraged, you're doing great and the weight will catch up soon! I'm going through the same thing. Exercising everyday and mostly juicing, and the scale still isn't moving. I'm ignoring it until Sunday and hoping for some good results.

Yay Beach!!!!!! I love it when you're in the zone with us! You'll lose a ton of weight now and make it look so easy and I'll be sitting here scratching my head wondering why my scale won't move.

Morning everyone else!

I hope you're all having a great week so far!

Amity, how are you doing?

I got my workout in again today, and even added 10 minutes, so 40 minute treadmill walk done!

I was planning to just juice today but after working out, I'm now hungry. So I'll have to add something solid in for lunch.

Menu:
B: Green juice. (Today was spinach, strawberries, apple, and ginger)
L: eggs and sausage
D: Green juice (Probably spinach, kale, apple, ginger)

I might snack on some raw almonds too. I'm feeling very hungry. I haven't had coffee yet though, so maybe coffee will help.

I'm happy to be refocused (at least for today )

<---- me today ugh!

So...I got on the scale...and I'm going to avoid it now like the plague...I don't want it derailing me. I am staying off the damned thing for at least a week or more so I can do what I need to do to fix my metabolism

That is EXACTLY how I feel Beach! I don't want to get discouraged by the scale and then go on a binge because I'm an emotional eater. So, I'll avoid it for a bit. lol

I am about 2 weeks behind on this thread, but you all seem so lovely and I am struggling a bit.
I would love to pop in here!
I made a plan this weekend to make a turkey dinner and stick with just the ‘low carb’ options..
Yeah.. Should have seen that one coming. I proceeded to eat leftovers and whatnot for the remainder of the weekend, add in a couple of bottles of wine and VOLA! 3.5lbs gains..
Back on track today but definitely will show no loss on my Friday weigh in. I was so hoping for 145lbs by my husband’s Dec 6th Christmas Party, but now at 157.5lbs I’mit's going to be near impossible.
NEW GOAL! 145 by Christmas Eve!!!
Today's meal - I am feeling very guilty and hope a low carb/cal day will level the playing field.
B: Coffee w/ heavy cream
L: Celery
S: Coffee w/ heavy cream
D: Chicken Drumstick w/ Caesar Salad.

I NEED TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND QUIT THIS WEEKEND CHEATING!!!!!!

Welcome Cuda!!

FF- It flurried this morning just barely and nothing stuck to the ground but it sure did get cold.

Well I got on the scale anyway and I knew I would be up because I ate and drank. Going to do it in the morning.

My Ninja just arrived today I can't wait to get started on that. Going to look through the recipe book tonight.

Man... I stepped on the scale last week and was sorry.
I thought I was losing and I wasn't.

Any way...
I am on my 4th UD in a row. For you that don't know about JUDDD, 4 UD is not a good thing. I went on vacation and haven't returned to my rotations.

Yay Beach! It makes me so happy to see your posts when I come in here! I eat with all emotions too, lol, but my worst binges come when I'm stressed or mad. So I avoid those two emotions as much as possible. Namaste. lol

I'm going on a girl's trip the same weekend as your Christmas party, so we can encourage each other to stay strong and lose as much as possible by then!

I did the same thing Amity...after saying that I was going to stay away from the scale until Sunday...I stepped on it anyways. No loss, but that was after eating lunch so hopefully it will be lower in the morning. lol #scaleaddict

Welcome Cuda ! We are all fighting the same battle and with each other's encouragement we'll fight to get to our goals .

I had a pleasant surprise as I gazed at my friend "the scale" - 159.4 .
I certainly hope I can continue to watch the number go down.

I've been eating strawberries, hard boiled eggs throughout the day. Last night dinner was a small NY strip with one cup of broccoli. I did snack on almonds last night.

Tonight will be fish and vegetable of some sort.
