Amity, I use a Breville juicer that I bought from Amazon. I will look at the exact model when I make my juice for dinner, but I know it was less than 100 bucks and it's a CINCH to clean, which is what I really love about it. Not to mention that it's a great juicer too.

It extracts the juice so that you're only absorbing juice from the fruit, Amity, as opposed to like a blender that blends it all up so that you get the fiber from the fruit too.

I recently got my DH into juicing, so I can totally juice at dinner time and he loves it too. That means I only have to cook dinner for the kids, which makes it easier for me to stay on plan. He, of course, eats whatever he wants for lunch when he's at work, but he's still dropping a ton of weight while I'm stalling. So not fair how much easier it is for men.
men suck
at least my DD is consistent and consistently does not diet

LCL - I saw that you made your goal for the last challenge, awesome job!!!

hey to everyone else - I'll go back and read the posts when I can...

I took the last two weeks off to reward myself for staying on plan so many days in a row. I am actually down a little bit as of this morning so that's good. I'm back at lc today though and my new goal is to not cheat until Christmas and be down another 15 pounds by then to 165. We'll see .
on the new position

I won't even tell you what I've eaten today! Will start fresh from this moment!

I would love to see 150 on Christmas morning!
and welcome to the same apprehension... you will obviously fit in well here

Good Morning! Thank you so much for the warm welcomes!

I woke up this morning craving some eggs! I'll enjoy a few as soon as this coffee wakes me up. I'll come clean and make my fingers punch in my true weight.........drum roll...............

163.4 UGHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

My goal for Christmas is 150. Today I will eat the right food, count the carbs and the calories and log it into my food tracker. I will not eat anymore Halloween candy! Amen!

I have leftovers from a gigantic roast of BEAST to get me through the day.

Hope everyone has a successful day!

I've made a switch to JUDDD, so I don't think my progress will be super fast. I've decided that I'm going with 230 by December 25! If it's lower well that will be an even better gift!

Good job on the exercise !!! I KNOW, that darn arm flab is horrible. I have to swing my arms a lot in my storytime and I always feel like people are looking at my arms.

Home sick today and trying to get better. I have only had chicken broth and TheraFlu. My eyes are killing me from sinus pressure (I assume).

Hope you all have a great day!

Ugh. I hope you feel better LCL.

My little one has been sick for weeks and I have no idea how I've escaped it so far. *knock on wood*

The only upside is that your calories are super low when you're sick. lol

This looks like a fun place for accountability!

I "was" at goal weight, but have gained several pounds and cannot seem to get it back down. It is SO frustrating! I've had it. I know the only way I can lose weight is by food logging. Maybe coming in here and having to log will keep me honest. I've been off the wagon and am now having issues with sugar cravings (as well as portion control).

I have about 10 extra pounds on right now that have got to GO!

I have heard stories of fat taken from the bottom... I have plenty to spare in that area! But hey, fat removed from anyplace would be great!

Stay in the zone Kitty! That is a great place to be.

I am losing my focus due to stress at home, but I am still going to try. Everything else is falling apart... Maybe I can still be standing.

Need some positive thoughts...
