I was sick most of the day..so even though I ate on plan...nothing stuck with me....Last nights dinner out may have been the culprit...thinking about eating makes me start sweating....

How are the rest of you doing????

I am on the fence about staying on until next Monday, or stopping
I kind of think another few pounds would help with the clothing situation

I weighed today....it might be artificially low since I was sick yesterday...BUT Im claiming it ...162.4 ...2,2 lbs down since last week.......6.8 down since 11.11.13!!

Beach!!!!!! You give me hope. I just loved this way of eating. You had such a great loss!!! I am at 142 so its at least 3, maybe 4 (I was afraid to weigh in) looking forward to a successful week 2. Want 139.

I'd like 147ish

I'm struggling to get my menus together right now....no time Saturady, I started out well...I even took a lunch and snack to Ft Collins because we had to go look at DDs car. I ended up forgetting my purse up there, drove back to Denver before I figured it out, so had to drive the 60+ miles back to get my purse so I ate really late, missed some of my food, and was exhausted
Yesterday I missed some of my fat/veggie snack (Our water main broke in the neighborhood and we were without water all day....my kitchen was a mess when I got home from work and I had no way to clean it, wash veggies, etc) SOOO, I had a small glass of wine, a pork chop, and green beans
Once the water main was fixed, we had to run water to clear the lines and then I had to clean every toilet, tub, sink, etc because it put a greasy black film residue all over everything

Tomorrow will be P1 again...maybe I'll do fine anyway. I feel like my body is working so much more efficiently

Well, I didn't wait... I noticed that my tummy looked flatter this morning so I jumped on the scale.

This is the day after a UD ( you are supposed to weigh after a DD) but I still saw a loss. 162.8... There still is a chance to make my goal for this challenge... But with all the houlday stuff coming up...

Ate too much P1 chili last night. Feel like my weekend portions were a bit large too. I havent participated in ANY exercise yet (well, one hike). I know its time. I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes at 7am every morning up til my surgery. Now? I sit here on my couch drinking coffee all morning. lol

I think your body IS running more efficient Beach!! Do you notice you get ... actually hungry? and you are ummmmm regular? lol sorry, I felt like those were signs my metabolism was actually working.

Have to have a better day 2 of p1 and I am hoping to get an OUNCE of exercise in.

Have a great day all!!! You all help me so much, glad you are here.

We had a Christmas party at work that involved a lot of dip and cherry cheesecake!
Also a lot of cookies throughout the day!

I was doing okay until a few minutes ago... My branch manager just told us that he will be leaving us...

He wasn't the best manager, but he was good to the staff... I went directly to my desk and ate a piece of candy.

Bad day yesterday. I got called into work and didnt eat any food until i got home. Nothing pre-prepared so I had cheese and wheat thins with a cup of tea and went to bed. I have been too all ove the place this week. I am sure the scale doesnt know which way to go.

Beach, you will be so happy to see that you dont gain 5 pounds over night when you eat carbs. Have a good day today and your body wont even care you ate cookies. You are my hero right now. Such a great weight loss.

LCL, dont worry about the piece of candy, it was better than punching him. lol

Hi guys!

So sorry I haven't checked in in FOREVER! December has been super busy with a couple trips and lots of shopping etc. etc. and I totally forgot to stop in here and see how everyone is doing.

As for me, even with all my traveling my weight has stayed the same. I've decided that my goal for the rest of the year is to just maintain. I don't want to go crazy, but I do want to enjoy some treats and my Christmas meals, so I plan to balance the bad days with days of very low calorie in order to just maintain where I am now. That's the plan. After the new year I'll get back to actively trying to lose again.

Congrats to all of you that are sticking to plan and losing! Yay!

I'm off plan until after Christmas....it's just too hard...I'm still eating a mixture of each phase but yesterday, I had pizza, salad, cookies, and chicken...oh, and wine
The pizza didn't agree with me at all... you know...but the rest was the cheat I needed I guess. I was terrified to get on the scale today...maybe up a few ounces so yeah...today eating the best I can. So far, steel oats, cooked apples, egg whites....going to the store to get sweet potatoes and other stuff
