Thanks for the feedback....Im kind of excited...my deal with my dh is that if I end up not using it consistently I put it back up for sale on Craigslist..Ive been consistently walking since first of July....and need some good solid upper body body work....Im giving up my Y membership...it just hasn't worked for me ( I hate trying to work out while people are loudly talking on their cellphones).. and the weight room is dominated by men...the testosterone is stifling LOL..

Exercise IS my key to losing and maintenance..I have a long enough L/c history to prove that again and again...Im hoping this is a lesson learned long term.. ( Ive maintained as long as 7 yrs with this combo..eating l/c and exercising)

Ok, getting up and going for my walk now before I get too lazy.

Ok that made me laugh..Im 5'9" and Id be happy to be 149..the lowest Ive MAINTAINED was 137-142 ..not thinking that's gonna work now

Havent been feeling that great. Cant really figure out whats wrong. 2 whole days in bed and not sure what I am going to do today yet. I need to get out and get some fresh air like the rest of you!!!

feel better Olda
I stopped smoking as well and yeah...I haven't seen the teens either. I have been as low as 125 (what I'd do for that number) but that was after having my first...and then again the first time I ever did Atkins after my second DD. I went right back up to the 130s and stayed there until my 40s. (age 40s that is) It's been a losing battle ever since. I can take the weight off, but I can't seem to keep it off. I am hoping to do better with FMD and I now can see eating this way forever (half the battle, huh?)

yeah...you had to be a stick, FF...seriously! AND....I totally think they lie about their weight...more than I do on my drivers license! regardless...I also have a realistic view of what I can weigh..I am totally cool with the 130s...hell, I'll take the 140s at this point (and I am almost there)

5'9 also. Why so we do these thing to ourselves Weighed around 123-125 in HS. I was skinny (though I didn't realize it then...head games.. ). I would look horrible at that weight now...skinny and young is different than skinny and old ...at the moment I'd be happy to be back n the 50's. Would be thrilled to get to the 40's. I really did feel great at that weight.

Evening All!

I did not workout today... I went to the mall instead. I mean...I gave my credit card a workout, does that count? lol No seriously, I just felt like a break today. Tomorrow morning I'll be back to the 3 mile walk again.

Menu today was
B: coffee
L: 2 eggs, 3 sausage links
D: coffee

I'm doing 2 more weeks...I didn't lose last week because of the day swaps and probably because I might have screwed up...I felt like I was on plan, but the more I read, the more I find places I screw up...that is the most difficult part of this diet...knowing what to eat and when. and how much...
I'm getting there, but I keep making mistakes on portion size ugh

I, actually, need to step it up on the exercise...I am sooooo lazy

Beach, I saw a really good "cheat sheet" website for the diet you're doing. I'll try to find it and send it to you.

I finished my 3 mile walk this morning, then came home and ate too many raw almonds for my own good. Fail! I need to stop buying almonds.

Menu:
B: one billion almonds
L: eggs, sausage
D: coffee

I need to stop buying almonds too....sigh

Doing well today...shook off the "scale number depressive episode"..I am having lunch with my ds today..the restaurant has a good salad...small lunch size.. after lunch..Ill come home get my workout stuff on and walk then the Y... I hope to get 90 min in...

Still on the search for a Bowflex or Total Gym on Craigslist my husband will approve of...
Ive got a plan B..which is I will simply get what I want..while still considering his reservations---space...is the one that I can hang with...I don't have a history of buying stuff I don't use...so I told him if I didn't use it consistently...Id sell it on craigslist..the rest of his objections were BS....

Exactly Deb, It may be the one thing that you love and keeps you busy!!

I love p1 and p3 beach. Must come from doing low carb for so long.

I didnt end up on p1 yesterday. Had a smoothie with steel oats, mango and spinach for breakfast. Got real busy at work and got home at 7pm and just made another one of those and went to bed. That means today is p2 but I have a crazy day planned again.

yikes. I got on the scale this morning I have not lost another pound.

I am trying to make this easier because I keep making mistakes. I made shrimp stirfry last noght...and I am not allowed to have shrimp on P1
so annoying...I literally have to study my sheet daily to make sure I'm not putting things on there I shouldn't. ugh.

I will do two more weeks, take a two week break, then jump back on with hopes I lose this weight once and for all
I am going to salvage this round (knowing I screwed up unintentionally) and hope I get a few more pounds for Christmas...5-7 would be completely acceptable

Quick check in to say that I'm alive lol! Just crazy here. I texted FF the other day and told her that I suck. I'm on plan and doing well just haven't had much time to do anything other than learn my new position. It will be better in the long run because it's less stressful but it's hard right now because I'm learning a whole new job. I hope you are all doing well and I will check in when I can. Just know that I'm on plan though!!!!!

Evening all!

I worked out today but only for 30 minutes. I had ZERO energy to go on after that. I think the lack of calories might be getting to me. lol I will increase them after my trip.

Menu today:
B: eggs
L: Coffee
D: rotisserie chicken

Hey Belle!!! Glad to see you!

P2 done today. Please stop me everyone.... I just spent an hour researching the ultimate reset by beachbody. Its like I am addicted to programs, the quick fixes, etc. I dont need to spend almost 300 dollars to lose weight. (Signing off the computer so I dont hit "add to cart")

Beach, hang in there. I dint lose week 3 either and took another 3 off the last week. I think my biggest surprise was coming off it and not putting all the weight right back on.
