I am doing really well...I would agree 4 weeks is probably best. Still down only 7.9 pounds, but I am hopeful the scale will give up a few more during this p2 (I'll know Thursday)
I had 2 days of P3, one of P1...so I think my 2 days of P2 will net a few pounds. I really want to get into my clothes and I am so close, so...yep, not worth it
Thanks for talking me down

beach - when you do get to have wine you might want to try this one. Cavit only has .7 carbs for most of their wines - pinot grigio, chardonnay, and cabernet for sure. It's the lowest I have been able to find. I don't know if carbs make a difference to you or not with what you're doing right now but just wanted to let you know . and 7.9 is awesome!!!

Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Only working half day today thank goodness. So ready to be off until Monday... I plan on indulging a little on Thursday but then will be right back at it Friday and maybe be down some by Monday

Morning!

Still doing great here! I've worked out for an hour every day this week. Waiting until tomorrow morning to step on the scale so that hopefully I'll see a loss and it will keep me from eating bad things on Thanksgiving.

Doing a ton of prep work and pre cooking in the kitchen today.

I hope you're all doing great and have a Happy Healthy Thanksgiving!

Menu today:
B: coffee
L: maybe some almonds and cheese and an apple
D: green juice

I felt curious...down one more pound one more day of P2

I'll try that Belle It's looking like Christmas before I will have a drink. My 28 days are over on Dec 10 (so just less than 2 weeks and I have not cheated once)

I'm still just over 150 and would like to get another 10 pounds but it seems to be working. I am so done with crazy diets and I can honestly eat this way (not P2) but a cross between P1 and P3...for a life time. I'm finding I really like certain foods I never tried or liked before. I no longer miss sugar, bread, cake, chips or alcohol. I walk by something at the store and say to myself...mmmmmm...but I do not have the compulsion to buy it or even at it it just looks good but I know I can make something yummy that will satisfy me...maybe more

FF...me too...I am going to enjoy this one with good healthy foods...nothing is off limits but sugar and booze...but there is so much more I can enjoy!!

Wow, you all are so happy with your plans and doing so well!
Good job!

I don't have anything great to say... My mom used to say, "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all."

Have a great day all and a happy Thanksgiving.

mine too. Thankfully there is not much left...no turkey, most of the pies are gone...unfortunately...there is pumpkin pie left (my favorite) I wish I would have made it phase friendly but I did have a phase friendly version that was so good...better or as good as the real deal

Evening All!

So, I ended up eating some things off plan at Thanksgiving dinner, but only a tiny portion. Like a tiny dollop of mashed potatoes and stuffing. Maybe two tablespoons each. And then I filled up on turkey and green beans. I did have some pie though. Went for a 2 mile walk after dinner so I felt better. And then I got up this morning and walked another 2 miles and got right back on plan today. So all in all, not too much damage. I still don't plan to step on the scale again until Monday since it ticked me off so badly yesterday morning. lol

Today's menu was
B: coffee
L: turkey, green beans
D: apple with natural peanut butter.

Tomorrow and Sunday I plan to fast. Only 5 days left until my Girl's Trip so I'm trying to get off as much as possible before then. And when I say "as much as possible" that means "at least a pound" based on how my scale has been moving lately.

I can't complain too much though. I *feel* thinner. I just don't know why the scale isn't reflecting that.

Enough whining from me. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Let's stay strong until Christmas Eve now!

Hey all...
I have been good with my UD/DD rotations but still feel really bloated these last few days. The pants that were fitting me well are feeling a bit tight.
I may not be drinking enough and there hasn't been a lack of sodium in my diet...

I have also been very stressed out ...

I am glad that all of you did so well over Thanksgiving!
Have a great day.

me too...I am 5'3"and 1/2 and I weighed 112 when I first found out I was pregnant with my first...I was really underweight, but hey...I smoked and drank and partied like a typical college kid...I have never been close to 115 since and I wouldn't want to.

I feel just fine between 130 and 140

Too funny Beach, I was 114 when I found out I was pregnant and lived on coffee, cigarettes and M&Ms. (5'2 1/2) Since I quit smoking I havent been under 135. I think 130 would make me happy but then I say well... it has to be 120 something.... so 129, but then I have to have a couple pound lee way hence my 127. (not that i have put much thought into it lolol)
Havent been feeling that great. Cant really figure out whats wrong. 2 whole days in bed and not sure what I am going to do today yet. I need to get out and get some fresh air like the rest of you!!!
Deb, I have a bowflex and used it religiously. LOVED it for getting my weight training in.
FF. so proud of your exercise!!!

This is so funny because when I was pregnant with first daughter, I read this article about this model Niki Taylor, who had a baby the year before me and she bounced right back to 118 after. So for some INSANE reason, I decided I needed to weigh 118. I'm almost 5'9!!! What was I thinking? I starved myself and exercised like a fiend after my daughter was born and I got down to 120 but I could NOT get the scale to move any lower! I felt like such a failure. Hahhahaha A failure at 120???? I haven't seen that number since. And that was 17 years ago. Nowadays I'd KILL to be 130 again, but I'll be perfectly happy at 139.

Ok, getting up and going for my walk now before I get too lazy.
