November goal = 204
Week 5
Sunday 11-24 = 206.4 Decided to fat fast today to mitigate damage from the other night and get ahead of Thanksgiving. Also as a test. Only having coffee with cream and homemade raw butter all day. Have tablespoon of butter when ever I feel hungry, about once every 2 hours.
Monday 11-25 = 204.6 Odd how easy the fat fast was yesterday and it obviously helped. Will fat fast again today as long as it's comfortable.
Tuesday 11-26 = 204.2 Fat fast wasn't comfortable, found myself hungry and fatigued by noon so had vinegar chicken and bone broth. Going to have regular low carb today. If I hit 204.0 or lower before Thanksgiving I'll feel totally ok about splurging.

Monday 11-18= Last night it was the same as yesterday, was too busy to weigh this morning and don't really feel like stripping in the mid afternoon just to find out! LOL
Tuesday 11-19 - Away from home couldn't weigh
Wednesday 11-20 - 62.8K = 138.16 lb. rebound
Thursday 11-21 - 62.8K = 138.16 - this is my last dose weight, and it seems I won't be making my initial goal by pre-Thanksgiving.
Friday 11-22=63K=138.6
Saturday 11-23- Didin't weigh

Week Five
Sunday 11-24= 63K = 138.6lb Staying the same, doing well.
Monday 11-25=62.4 =- 137.2 All Day Fat Fast, then evening, caved and had Chicken and Cabbage with coconut oil. dropped 1.32 lbs. Not complaining...
Tuesday 11-26 = 64K - 140lb - WHOA! Staying up all night, cooking and sampling prethanksgving dishes and eating Eggplant parmesan till 7am is NOT going to look good on the scale in the morning!!. I've got a belly full of food. My weight is skewed.

Pumpkin pie is low in grains if you don't eat the crust though. LOL

Sunday 11-24 = 206.4 Decided to fat fast today to mitigate damage from the other night and get ahead of Thanksgiving. Also as a test. Only having coffee with cream and homemade raw butter all day. Have tablespoon of butter when ever I feel hungry, about once every 2 hours.
Monday 11-25 = 204.6 Odd how easy the fat fast was yesterday and it obviously helped. Will fat fast again today as long as it's comfortable.
Tuesday 11-26 = 204.2 Fat fast wasn't comfortable, found myself hungry and fatigued by noon so had vinegar chicken and bone broth. Going to have regular low carb today. If I hit 204.0 or lower before Thanksgiving I'll feel totally ok about splurging.
Wednesday 11-27 = 204.4 Sure hope to hit 204.0 before I splurge tomorrow. I don't think another fat fast is good right now, so will just go with whatever happens.
Thanksgiving 11-28 = 206.0 Yup, enjoyed several mugs of egg nog last night. Yum!
Friday 11-29 = 209.2 Wow, several pounds up, but I splurged a lot. Today doing fat fast, body said it could deal with that. Let's see how much it helps tomorrow morning.

Saturday 11-30 = 207. 2 Down two pounds from yesterday. Fat fast felt good. Planning normal VLC today.

I was .2 lbs from goal so I'm claiming success. Specially since I was actually under first goal. Hoping to get all this Thanksgiving weight off by Thursday Dec. 5th.
