Week Four
Sunday 11-17 = 209.6 Made a big bunch of vinegar chicken for several meals. Avoiding beef for now.
Monday 11-18 = 209.0
Tuesday 11-19 = 208.2 Should be retaining fluids due to hormones but still losing.
Wednesday 11-20 = 206.8 Losing what hormonal fluid gains I had. Definitely feel I'll make goal even though I plan to splurge on Tday. I just have to see 205 before the end of Nov right? Don't necessarily have to be there on the last day?

Friday 11-22 = 205.6 Still bloating loss I think, but scale is moving down so well lately. Best losing since first month. Wondering if it's eating more, or avoiding beef, or eating the vinegar, or the fat fast, or maybe a combo of all? Revised my Nov goal down another pound. Larger goal is to hit 198 by end of Dec. That also looks really achievable now (knocking on wood).

Week Four
Sunday 11-17 = 209.6 Made a big bunch of vinegar chicken for several meals. Avoiding beef for now.
Monday 11-18 = 209.0
Tuesday 11-19 = 208.2 Should be retaining fluids due to hormones but still losing.
Wednesday 11-20 = 206.8 Losing what hormonal fluid gains I had. Definitely feel I'll make goal even though I plan to splurge on Tday. I just have to see 205 before the end of Nov right? Don't necessarily have to be there on the last day?
Thursday 11-21 = 206.2
Friday 11-22 = 205.6 Still bloating loss I think, but scale is moving down so well lately. Best losing since first month. Wondering if it's eating more, or avoiding beef, or eating the vinegar, or the fat fast, or maybe a combo of all? Revised my Nov goal down another pound. Larger goal is to hit 198 by end of Dec. That also looks really achievable now (knocking on wood).

Sunday 11-24 = 206.4 Decided to fat fast today to mitigate damage from the other night and get ahead of Thanksgiving. Also as a test. Only having coffee with cream and homemade raw butter all day. Have tablespoon of butter when ever I feel hungry, about once every 2 hours.

Monday 11-25=62.4 =- 137.2 All Day Fat Fast, then evening, caved and had Chicken and Cabbage with coconut oil. dropped 1.32 lbs. Not complaining...

Since I discovered that Macadamia are only 2% higher in fat than Pecans, I've gotten a bag each of Macadamia, Pecan, and Walnuts, respectively 89%, 87%, and 83%.

There are more foods that are a bit lower than 90% , I've made a chart.
Yeah, some of them are blends, but I figure so long as it's 80% or higher it could have a place on the menu. I could always bring the days total fat up by adding butter or coconut oil to a lower fat item, like the clouds, for example, which would be just 88% as cream cheese, but 94% as clouds.
