Good Morning Everyone! Beautiful day on tap here mid 70's.. can't get much nicer than that.

Day 5 induction and the scale is down another pound making it 9 down since Monday.

The weekend always presents more of a challenge of course, so I am preparing in advance..lol. Tonight is dinner out with in-laws and we are eating at a steak place so it will be easy to stay on plan. Rib eye with mushrooms and asparagus is what I will probably eat. They will be shocked when I do not drink any wine. Nope, iced tea for me....

Deb- glad you got the computer going! It is a scary thing when they start acting up.

I am babysitting my grand daughter this afternoon and she is going to dinner with us. I think I will take her for a walk for my exercise today...

Relaxing at the lake house. It was cold windy and rainy earlier but it warmed up later. No scale here so I don't know how I'm doing.

I think Jillian has her own line of supplements. Maybe they didn't like that.

Deb I bet he was surprised. I have a spritzer too.

Misty how did DH tests come out

Karen nice she won a saddle! What is hi point reserve?? I go thru that wake up thing too. But it's getting better. Last night the wind kept waking me

Miss V congrats. You're going strong! How old is your granddaughter ?

Jo good going!! Bacon bacon bacon. Love it

Get points at horse shows for placings. Then at year-end, total up points in different categories. Reserve is 2nd place in these totals.

Eating is good. The Big Breakdast seems to suit me. I don't get hungry between meals or crave. So far. hopefully I keep losing.

I've never been able to acquire a taste for humus. Unsophisticated palate good on -1

Still very windy. It says only 19 mph but the gusts are more and noisy.

Do you still have big waves? DH go wind surfing?

Deb I used mine for the first time yesterday and did the same thing, glad my friend was over. I wasn't lining mine up right, even it seamed like it fit and it wouldn't go on. I chopped butternut squash in mine and it worked pretty good.

Quick checkin...at dance studio with Emmalee. It's been a crazy weekend. Marks family visited from NY...drinks and dinner Friday night and sat nite, we went to see our son perform Xmas show at dinner theater Nieces bday party this afternoon and directly here for Nutcracker practice. Ahgggghhhh. I did stray a lil eating out (one slice cheesecake at theater and a small piece cake ay party, but that's much better than my usual. I'm committed to working hard and if I slip a bit I won't throw in the towel. Slow n steady wins the race. Wii fit prolly just m-f.

Misty~Glad all went well for DH! Yum...homemade Horseradish! Don't think I have ever heard of anyone making their own! Kewl! Yeah...bet it did Stink! Yep...gotta line those processor lids up.

Deb~User Malfunction! I have an Old Cuisine Art processor here. It's from the 70's, their 1st model & it still works like a charm! Have fun Shopping.

CJ~Glad eating a good BF is working 4 U! I usually eat a Good Brekkers & I'm not very hungry for lunch. I eat most days around 3 or 4p & call it Lunch/Dinner. Yup...DH windsurfed yesterday.

Not much happening here. Went out for Brekkers w/DH this morning. It's nice to do Sunday Brekkers sometimes. I had 2 egg white scramble, Ham, home fries, & rye toast (just 1/2 slice) & Iced tea. DH had a HUGE blueberry pancake. Scale will be back up that -1...huh? No Yoga, just a walk to the beach & some Hazels today. Need to do something with a Huge batch of Asparagus that DH bought @ Costco! Maybe roast some & then make some Asparagus salad or soup? Might pull out my old cuisine art & make soup!

Pat I love asparagus soup. Sounds so good. You could roast them wrapped in bacon, so good. Sounds so nice to walk on the beach, my lake has a thin coat of ice on it already and it was warm yesterday. Didn't melt. Ya DH has to make the horseradish out side and he can't use any of my dishes because the smell never leaves. I buy dollar store bowls to mix it and then toss it. But so good, I make my own cocktail sauce with it.

Your furniture sounds so nice.Love the idea of a wine rack built in the bar. Horseradish is easy to make. We grow our own so we just dig it up, then wash and peel it. Then cut it little chunks. Then add a little at a time to the blender adding white vinegar a little at a time to keep it wet. Then dump in a bowl and let it sit for about a half hour. The put it jars. Is so good, but really strong when you make it at first it will weeken with age.

Ok, I am going to try very hard this week.

BF will be bacon only. Coconut oil in 1 coffee each morning.
Nothing except water for the entire week. Only snacks will be roasted almonds.
Also jog 10 minutes each day.

These are my goals for this week. Weighed in 193 this morning. See what the week does.

Anyone else want to post weekly goals and how we do on them?
I would welcome someone to kick my rear if I don't get my goals each day. I have to do something drastic. I have had no luck with motivation or staying on track this summer.
I need help from somewhere.

I'm in with you Karen. Especially since I'm experimenting. I can keep track and get feedback.

Big breakfast each day.
No snacks
Meat and veggies other meals
Continue my 10000 steps. Dislocated toe untapped and ok but I am having low back hip spasms. From raking leaves bent over under 4' deck at lake. So steps have to be it for now.

I will weigh in am. Had chips and mini blizzard. No big breakfast.
