Ok so they DID delete posts and threads and I lost over 3000 posts I realize they have to trim down to keep site running smoothly, but it makes me sad to have lost old posts that I can't go back and read Well lets be honest, I dont have time to really do that, but knowing that info was there, made me happy

Jo!!!! can you tell I'm excited your back?

I'm so glad it all turned out ok, but sorry you and DH went thru so much.
We are all having weight gain problems so you aren't alone in that. We'll figure it out.

Lisa I looked after you said that about posts and I lost also. Strange.

Karen oh I will. Hopefully no more upward trend.

Miss V do you make your wine like Deb? I like the " beast" better than the alternative

Deb nice pic. Looks like a fun place!! Who is that itty bitty person?

Good Morning Everyone!
For the peeps wondering what has happened to the old posts and disappearing numbers... there is a thread in the main lobby about it. They are purging so many old threads each year to free up space. I think only threads older than 4 years with no current posts. They have been doing it since 2009.. but this is the first time that they adjusted the number of posts on peoples profiles as well.
Not sure why they would do that, since you still posted even if they deleted it.

Day 3 induction- no wine, and very low carbs so far. I have lost 7 pounds since Monday! That is the best I have been able to do in years on induction. I really think the clincher is cutting the wine. I am pretty sure it is enough to bump me out of ketosis. Plus I usually snack when I have it as well. So I will just keep doing what I am doing.

Cheryl- I don't make my own wine like Deb, I am way too lazy for that. I am one of those people that buys the box... because it is pretty good and nice and cheap. I am a Cabernet drinker, which is fairly low in carbs.. but still about 3 per glass. Problem is, just like with potato chips, I can never just have one.

7 pounds miss V....... that's very inspirational

Laura my work for the most part is always busy..BUT my office manager left and they replaced her with a part timer so the lobby/entrance is for the most part quiet compared to before..i don't have as much fun with this girl.

but always something to do with 106 units

anyone watching BL ?

boy did Jillian ever make a big mistake that cost her team 4lbs
she decided to give the team caffeine pills instead of drinking coffee

I see she is kind of saying she did the right thing on FB

problem was..she didn't ask to give it out and knew she was to get the ok to do it

FROM HER F/B ..........

.
Thanks so much for all your support. It means the world. I know you want to hear from me on this, but I am under a contract which prohibits me from truly discussing the matter in detail. Here are the facts. Caffeine is allowed on the show. Caffeine supplements have been used on previous seasons of the show. I did not ask permission to give the contestants the supplement. That was a "rules violation" allowing the producers to make the decisions they made. The supplement I gave the contestants is totally legal and all natural. It contains less caffeine than a tall coffee. There is no other metabolic agent in it and nothing in it the contestants don't have access to. From here you will have to form your own conclusions. Much love

Deb yes I watch it, can understand why she gave to them. But big mistake. How did your chili come out. Going to make some for the weekend. You cook all the time, the tenants must drewl everytime they walk in. And it smells even yummier when you come in from the cold.

Been packing up things for our trip to Boston tomorrow. DH is going for his yearly tests from his transplant. I hate the long ride. Got to leave at 4 am. The good thing is that I have a kindle this year and hope time goes by fast. Bring a cooler and packing all lc foods so I stay on point with eating.

Lisa what kind of shakes are you making? Is it protein shakes? Sounds like something I'd like to try in the morning before the gym. I could take it with me.

Pat wow you've been getting alot of rain, is it the rainy season there?"

Had Pizza and a protein shake for breakfast. And a bite size leant butter/ choc. Ice cream bar.

Banana and 2 wieners for lunch

Hamburger and bunch of veggies for dinner.

I was down 1# this morning. At least I'm going in the right direction.
