Lisa is back!

summer breeze. I used to love that song.

You guys have been chatty.

Turning cold tomorrow. High in the 30's. Dislocated my pinkie toe this morning. This is the 3 rd time. I know the routine. Piped it back in and taped it up. Lots of work lately with the holiday season. Sitting now with my foot propped up

I did jog for a a few minutes today. Better than nothing, I guess.
Cold and snowy. Did horse chores and BRRRRR.
But "Let it tow, Let it tow, Let it tow!" DH was busy all afternoon, and we didn't get any accumulation of snow. Just icy roads.....

Woke up to our first real bitter cold morning so far this fall.. But I went to the gym and got my workout in anyway. After chatting with Deb last night I jumped right into the induction mode. Usually I try to wait for a certain day to start, but no time like the present. So no wine for me last night. Now I am headed to store to get some basics for me to eat like salad fixins and chicken, bacon, eggs. Be back later.. I will try to check out Cheryl's exercise thread too.

We just had our first cold snap. 27 with a windchill of 17. Temps gone down more now. But it supposed to go back up tomorrow.

Karen I didn't know you jogged! Good! Let it tow

Deb I can't believe that tenant was so tactless. Beautiful clock.

Pat happy anniversary. ! A little late I know did it quit raining?

Miss V cold here too. I'm in Mo. Great you jumped back on so quick.

Lisa we missed you. What wii titles do you use?

Misty our lake is up from the rain. The pelicans haven't left yet but I bet they head out after this cold snap. How's our Rocco?

I feel off the wagon yesterday. so back at it today.

Jo we miss you. I hope you come back soon.

Made to the gym in this freezing cold weather and had about 1 inch of snow on the ground. Got to find my boots. I'm hoping it melts but it's only 20 out with heavy winds.

Miss V jumping right in is a great way to start. Cold here too but made it the gym, just restarted going Monday.

Lisa glad to see your back

Cheryl I've been back on plan and doing some exercise since Monday. I fell way off plan last month when I got that darn flu for a week. My Rocco's doing good, not as perky as he was, He'll be 13 in Feb. Glad your back on plan too. This darn cold weather wants me to eat more.

Karen did you get much snow, we only got a little, but the 1 few snows makes for alot of people of the road. Sounds the same for you, great for your towing, extra cash.

Cheryl~ I mostly use the Wii Fit disc. When I was rockin my plan a few years back, I was running, and had high scores on a Wii thread here for many of the exercise games I have a lot of work to do to get back there, but it is my own doing so just gotta suck it up and do it!

Deb~ no water I need to get back to that. Its easier when I'm exercising cuz I drink before and after WO.

Misty~ Good to see you too

Karen!

I see Deb brought you here too, V!

It's cold here in PA too. Cloudy and WINDY!!!

Okay so today looks like this:

Drop both kids off at work @ 2:15pm. Help Em with homework and takeher into the city for ballet at 4:30pm. She finishes at 6, we have a break till 7:30(we will prolly grab a bite to eat(salad for me most likely), and then I take her back for hip hop class till 8:30. Then at 10pm I run back into town to pick up kids from work.

Does ANY of this running around count for exercise? I need a pedometer so I get credit for steps

Protein shake for lunch I had tex mex scramble for brekkie

Cheryl~ I have another doc appointment on Friday. I am wondering if I have fibromyalgia or if it isnt really an arthritis of some kind. I was managing pain pretty well in the summer only taking Cymbalta, but now that the cold weather has arrived, I am in pain again

You might check out some magnesium chloride. I just started it. There is a good thread on here about it. I posted the link somewhere here I think

Deb- I hope this processor will work for you.. and good for you on three liters of water! I just keep a big cup by me all day and end up drinking 4-5. Guess I should measure it.

Lisa- I do think all that running around counts as exercise! I used to love the wii fit as well. Maybe I will have to dust mine off too.

Cheryl- I think you were even colder than we were today. We only warmed up to 37...yuck. The pinky toe injury sounds really painful. I hope it heals up quickly.

I went to the store and got some food to keep me on the straight and narrow. I am having some chicken thighs with buffalo sauce and veggies for dinner. Now, I just have to stay away from the wine and snacks tonight...

Wow I have to get used to the sudden cold. It's only 17 out now and the wind and snow are blowing. Sure not going out. Made a nice boiled dinner with kielbasa for dinner.

Cheryl yes going to do lc Atkins and SB mixed. It worked so good for me last time until I messed up and really went of my plan.

Deb wtg on your water, that's one of the only things I don't ever worry about. I love, love water. Glad you got to exchange your processor. Did you get the same one?

Lisa wow you have alot of running around to do, yes it sure is counted as exercise.

Deb I take apple cidar vinegar all the time, but you have to take the raw vinegar. The plain diluted one doen't do any good.
