WOE: My way mixing it low carb
Pat I don't have vivid dreams. I don't get much REM sleep. That's what the Dr. is working on. I am starting to get to some deeper sleep the past couple of weeks so maybe meds are starting to work. Tho I haven't been able to get to sleep without the my Benadryl melatonin combo yet.
What did you buy? Saddle sore? Any pix of the big waves?

Since we moved so much and I changed schools almost every year I have left a lot of friends. Just none that were as long term. We have met up with some real nice couple at the lake neighborhood now. I just have to push DH.

It was beautiful out today. Most of the Autumn colors are gone now.

DH gave his headache to me. I had it this morning
But better this evening.

Deb welcome back sounds like you had a great time. SS that lady said that, so mean of her. Sounds like we all are getting a fresh start. My scale is creeping up and I've been lax on my exercises. So starting fresh today.

Pat Happy Anniversary Your dinner sounds so yummy, and I don't blame you eat, drink and enjoy.

Karen I'm made baked ham yesterday, I wish I had some of you apple filling to go with it, I would of been delish

Cheryl is it getting cold there yet. We had snow yesterday, came down like crazy but didn't stick. Nice that you met some new neighbors. Mine are pretty much here for the summer. A few live here now year long and I'm glad.

Got a Hamilton Beach hope I like it. Had a tiny 3 cup one but was useless because you really couldn't chop very much at once. Do you make the cabbage roll casserole the same way as rolling them except mix it all together. Sounds alot easier.

So happy, we went to are neighber hood craft fair on Saturday and DH bought tickets for the Chinese Raffle. Well I just got a phone call saying that we won the 100.00 certificate from the meat store and a 30.00 certificate at the Dog House a place we eat alot. Great prime rib He's so lucky.

Made this batch of pie filling with 1 c splenda. I will make next batch with 2 c and keep adjusting to make it lower calorie without giving up any flavor or texture.........

Deb that clock is beautiful, that would be a nice collection to start. That will be nice to have your friend join. Hope she does.
Your casserole sounds easier than mine. My is called lazy mans cabbage rolles. And you just make it in a pan and layer it like lasagna.

Hello Everyone!
I am Deb's wayward friend Miss V. I made this account up a few years ago but never really used it. I need to lose weight in a bad way and love low carb, so Deb rounded me up and got me to come join the group for some motivation. I have been off plan for more than a year now and need to get back to some healthy choices. So, I will need to start with some Atkins induction.. but have to get the foods in the house that I need. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better!
