Cuda, it will come off...just stick to plan. If you look at mine, I have been bouncing all over the place - up a pound down a pound, up two down one...just crazy. In 2.5 weeks I have really only lost 4lbs.

UGGGGHHHH _ Still the same. What is up with that? I at over 1600 cals yesterday tried to even get my weight to go up - just move do something. And I want some Peanut butter so BAd... Just me and a spoon and the jar....Mmmmmm but I won't...just dreaming.

Down half a pound. But I also started an unscheduled TOM, and have been drinking massive amounts of water to banish a UTI. Also, I ate ice cream last night -- not a lot, but I was feeling sorry for myself, what with all the acronyms, and peppermint tea wasn't going to cut it.

So half a pound down? I'll take it.

I was thinking meat & eggs but Atkins 72 is pretty close to that. I suppose I would have to give up my Atkins shake for breakfast either way, right?

That could be what is stalling you out. For some people the Atkins products cause stalls.

I've been drinking one a day since January, and a different LC protein shake before that, and losing fine, so I don't think that's. But wouldn't hurt to shake things up a bit (no pun intended! ). It's just so convienent for me to have one for breakfast. I tend to go over my calorie limit on the days I have a higher calorie breakast.

Sorry, Misti - forgot to look at how long you have been doing LC. I know Dr A has said many times that a person's carb level will change throughout their life and he believed that to be a major reason for stalls. His motto was at least with original 72 if you ever did not lose weight one week, to go back to induction (level1) for a week and restart your system. So you may just need to change things up a little for awhile to jump start the loss again.
