getting back on track accountability
 
Please post here tomorrow and hopefully join me in saying that you made it through the first day back on your plan. If you are like me and struggling terribly to even get through that first day of carb withdrawal maybe just knowing we can come here tomorrow night and say we did it will help:aprayer:

Tomorrow I plan to IF until I get hungry which will probably be late afternoon due to the way I have been stuffing myself the last few days:o and then eat a nice low carb dinner. Maybe get a walk in as well. Please join me :)

I am sorry is taking you some time to get back on track. You will feel so much better once you are in control. I got right back on the horse after 1 crazy day and feel so much better. I think the sooner you get back on track the better.

Think I'll call it a successful day:jumpjoy: Lost lots of the water already today, I already weigh a pound less than I did this morning. Now to keep it going.

Great! It does feel good. I was so depressed when I weighed at my TOPS group this week.

Really good day! A little tired but ate well. Made a huge pot of beef/veggie soup for dinner, hopefully just the right amount of carbs to help me sleep better tonight and keep me from getting depressed. Also had shrimp salad and some yocheese. How about you?
