I am here too. Just picked over 3 bushel of apples. Applesauce made with Stevia is pretty good. Gonna start now.

My dad said he would wash apples. That will keep him busy with Mom in hospital. I am devious, or a glutton for punishment....

Do you make chunky sauce? I had some once that was chunky and pink. It was the best ! Beats store bought ant time.

Well I know Thurs Friday and Sunday will be medium to high carb days. I will be out with Mom on Thurs. Friday we eat out on the way to lake. And probably Sunday too. So Tues. Wed will also be low carb. Probably Sat too. I work it around what I have planned for week. 3-4 low carb. 3-4 medium carb. Not too many in a row. Most try to do some high carb days but they consider 100 carbs medium and that is more than enough for me. I usually don't have near that many since I've never been a bread eater.

Another Good thang...GF in Hosp. might be discharged tomorrow! Her plastic surgeon says that her skin grafts took & she can prolly continue to recover @ home! That is, if a few more Docs approve. :)

I made a Brekker casserole this AM when I was Standing.:stars: Was a treat when if was all baked up.
Going to have an easy dinner...Nuking up Chic Soup. Took out a huge container of it from our freezer & It's SOUP!:)

Working hard today, going to visit Mom in hospital tonight, and then leaving for Arkansas trip to visit DD in college.

Wish me luck on eating, but DH just turned losing weight into a competition, so I will have additional incentive to behave and eat better.

I am going to see if we can do 2 meals per day instead of three. That would help with calories, at least.

:hiya: I'm here, love the new name of the thread. Been real busy, but now work is just about over for the season.

Karen love to make homemade apple sauce. I need to go apple picking, there so yummy this year. Do you make pies too? I love eating cut up apple and chunks of sharp cheese:yummy: How do you make applebutter?

Deb I hate that it's getting dark so early, when I go for my after dinner walks I have to carry a flashlight to get back.

Cheryl wtg on getting back on the plan that works for you, I'm sticking with my SB-Atkins but haven't lost any weight in awhile, so hoping to kick back in motion by journaling all my food for the month. I think maybe I have some extra hiden carbs somewhere.

Pat hope your back gets better, nothing worse that a backach, it kinda limits to everything. I love breakfast casserole, I make alot of different kinds, especially when everyone come over camping. I have one in the fridg now from Sunday and DH heats it up for breakfast and it gives me a break from cooking.
