I like chia seeds. Use them several ways. On lettuce salad. Soak them up and add to omelet. Dr Oz says mix with peanut butter and use as a snack. Haven't tried that one yet......

Soaked into a gel, you can add to anything......

Not happy about it, but only gained 1 lb this month with Mom in hospital for 3 weeks....... I guess it could have been worse, but I am not proud of it, anyway.

Well a rainy day today, hope it stops for awhile while all the kids go out trick or treating. Will go down to the FD with my Rocco to give out candy. And DH will be handing out hotdogs to everyone. Was up late watching my RED SOXS WIN the World Series Big party on Saturday.

Deb I love chia seeds too, and good for you. The new name sounds good to me.

Cheryl I'm still trying to get the lbs off I gain last month. Got to step it up a bit. I'd love to lose a few more lbs before Xmas, but if anything I don't want to regain anything.

Karen pear juice, I never had it but I bet I'd love it. I love pears and make tarts this time of year.

Laura WTG finally a week off for you. Love those poppers too. I can't still get them at the farmers market, but soon they won't have them and I really don't care for the frozen already made ones.

Pat how you doing from the fall, are you still able to do yoga? Been out paddle boarding since you been back?
