Weight Loss Goal for Sept 15 - Sept 21

today: 204.5
Up a little from eating spaghetti yesterday.
My goal for this week: I will not eat anything unhealthy and to be below 202 by next Sunday.

I started at 148.6 and ended the week 149.6 today. After my trip, it took longer than I expected to get in a groove. But yesterday I got groceries and I have a meal plan I feel good about, so I'm ready to start fresh tomorrow!
