I would like to see 223. Starting at 226.7.

Congrats, Michelle, on being way below 230! I'm happy for you!

Last week was a bust with a capital B! This week I'm just focusing on sticking with low carb foods. Lately my commitment to LC has waned. I have this voice telling me that on other plans I could eat whatever I want. But that voice lies, because before LC I was doing WW, and I already rarely ate sweets, bread, pizza... If anything, on LC I get to eat better AND I feel better because I'm not dealing with blood sugar drops. (I'm maintaining a 60 lb loss for 5 years now. I KNOW I can't eat junk and stay thin!) Sorry, I know you all didn't need to hear that but I needed to hear myself say it.

Goal? Currently I'm 152.6. I'd like to get back under 150, so 149.x. I'll be travelling so we'll see how that goes.

Low carb tastes good and feels good and it's my best option. More importantly, it's my choice. Here's to a new week!!!

Ended last wk at 205.8
today: 203.5...... I did it!!!!! woot! woot!
Goal: Lose 2 lbs this week and stop the night snacking. If I absolutely need something I'll have a bag of 100 cal popcorn.

I use to eat egg salad alot, but I have high cholesterol now. I get tired of chicken salad fast. Sorry, can't do it with ya.

I can do a meat/egg/fat fast for 3 days with ya. I do them all the time. I actually planned on doing one anyways. I'll post my food in here if it helps.

B-coffee, sweet n low, maybe 1tbsp hwc
L-tuna w/mayo
D-a couple burger patties, mayo, sf ketchup
S-coffee w/hwc, maybe some jerky

148 this morning.....had eggs x 3. Did have a handful of almonds for a quick on the go snack b/c I didn't have the eggs readily available. 2 more days-we can do this! I would like to see 145 by next Mon.

I'm still 203.5.
In 3 months I've lost 19 lbs!!!! Another 3 months and I'll be back to my lowest and can continue on!

YAY!!! 141 This morning....haven't seen the scale move that much for a long time! Now if I can keep it up....goal for next Monday is 138. How is everyone else doing?
