Thanks for posting. I've been very busy and I'm changing offices at work so I have no internet there. I just got my laptop fixed so I can get online at home.

My goals is to get back on track with food, not eating bad,just not prepared and having to eat a lot of almonds and jerky.

Hello!! I weighed in after the holiday weekend at 203.2, the highest I have been in years. my goal this week will be to get under 200 and although I am disabled, I am going to do 10 sets of the exercises I CAN do!!! Thanks for the thread...

I knew I was up. I could feel it in my belly yesterday. So, I'm not surprised but still annoyed.

Tammy, I love your new goal about not eating out! Good one! I have a trip next week, so I'm mentally telling myself no eating out from now til the trip.

Michelle, I'm sure it will feel good to get back into eating better. That survival mode eating never feels good to me.

I didn't weigh today! I was up at 7:30 and got ready to take my granddaughter to "school" , with my dd, for her first day. So I'll weigh tomorrow.

I overate so bad last night! A week or so ago, it felt easy. I was eating my big meal of the day at lunchtime, and I found I could eat really lightly the rest of the day. I'm going to try that again!

Also, it may just be emotional eating. My youngest leaves for college out of state next week. Yesterday he was packing and it all became very real.

Nice results, Vicki! Tammy, how fun taking granddaughter to school. Wonderful that you are close and get to be involved with those events. Enjoy!

Welp! This was a crappy week! Next week is buckle down time. Gotta get focused on what the heck I want and what I have to do to get there. :)
I was at 203 and now I'm up 3 lbs. Geeze!

I know all about emotional eating. I went through it so many times. When my dd was pregnant and so sick, when my son went into the Army, when my son deployed, and when my granddaughter had pneumonia and was in the hospital.....all about the kids! Thats how I almost gained back everything I had lost. I gained back 3/4 of it though.

Finally down to 226.7. I think my body just needed to rest after the initial weight loss after getting back into the swing of things. I'm very happy I have just been living day to day and not going to extremes and the weight loss is much slower, but it's still a loss.
