I sent one thur. night and nobody responded to it until yesterday, lol. ah, just went and looked. that one was on Lucy's dress thread and I don't see your home email on it. I saw your name so I didn't think to see if both emails were there. that email must have been started with only the one. I'm sorry that keeps happening.

I'm here. BFF is gone and dh is gone until Friday. We had a great week. Now it's quiet and lonely.

Back on plan today and surprisingly only up a pound. Should be gone tomorrow.
5 mile run, weights, and stair climber. I'm planning another double workout tomorrow. Gym in the morning and run in the evening with the kids. Then ill be back on track and hopefully these last stubborn pounds will go!

they will be gone before you know it!

I didn't exercise today. we ended up going for a drive and I'm not doing it now. going to relax and go to bed at a reasonable time tonight. I'll make sure to get a work out in tomorrow. I've done 4 days in a row so its okay as long as I don't skip more than 1 day in a row.

today's menu:
protein shake mixed with almond milk. coffee/cream
pre made muscle milk light
small bowl of tropical granola with almond milk
taco salad

yeah for back to your low! I'm wavering between a 6 and 7 pound loss since school started. hopefully before weekend will hit a solid low. I try to get more calories in on the weekend because I know most days I don't during the week when I'm working.

I will do a weight workout this afternoon or evening.

home from work. we are having blt's tonight. I decided to go ahead and cook up the bacon now and I'll eat when its done. I'll fix dh some later. that way timing wise it will fit better with a workout and post work out meal that is low fat (don't think bacon is a good choice for that, lol).

I'd really like to take my contacts out. my left one is bugging me today. but trying to wait till after my work out. I don't like being blind and I don't like working out with glasses on either.

got up early with dh before he left for work. I was going to stay in bed, but then changed my mind. I laid there after dh came downstairs and remembered i wanted to get the kitchen in order before going and picking up my bountiful basket produce. I got most of it done but wasted too much time, lol. I did get it finished up as soon as I got home.

also got the part things that don't need the vinegar wash put away and will get the rest taken care of this afternoon.

taking the pugsters to get their nails trimmed at 10:00 then probably come home and get my work out done so I don't have to think about it the rest the day .

also need to get some groceries for the next couple weeks.

change of plans. I still haven't worked out. My daddy called to see if I wanted breakfast, but I'd already eaten so I met him after taking the dogs to get their nails trimmed. I was going to just get some fresh fruit but they didn't have any. they just had the canned grapefruit slices so I got that and coffee. now sitting here at home watching college football with daddy. I may or may not make it into our workout room today. we'll see.

Hit a new low today. Less than 2 pounds from goal but I'm thinking I'm going to go a tad lower. I'm starting to concentrate more on weights and really tone up but I still have quite a bit of fat. Thank you Stella for completely ruining my body

LOL, that cutie patootie is totally worth it, though good job being so close to goal. be careful not to go too low. I know you know that, but I also know you know we don't always see when we are where we should stop.

I am having a hard time getting to my gym today still. ugh, my day got turned around. nothing bad, but just not what I had planned so instead of getting my workout in right after the dogs appointment, I was with my dad and then he was here. I could have done it then but wanted to spend the time with him instead. if I don't get up there soon, its going to wait until tomorrow.

It's going to be a good day. I got pumpkin sausage soup made last night to reheat today (It's better the 2nd day so I always try and make it ahead of time). dd22 and her roommate are going to come hang out this afternoon and they both love that soup. I will probably have some salad or even just some raw veggies with it too. and a piece of cheese bread .

I also got 45 min. on the elliptical in before getting ready for church. now I can look forward to mostly a relaxing afternoon. yeah!

Thanks for looking out for me stews. I'm honestly not going by the number so much as my jeans. I have 3 pairs that I know won't fit for a few more pounds. I'm ok with it though because I'm pretty darn close.

Nice work getting stuff done this morning. I did the same..got up and ran. We took the kids out and are now relaxing

Hardest thing I have ever done in my life. LOL. It was pouring rain the whole time so not only were the mud hills and holes muddy, the whole course was muddy! ACK! I made it in 56 minutes. There were like 1500 people, 30 in my gender and age category. I was 16th out of 30. I kept having to wait on my friend haha or I would have done better. BUT that's what it's all about. I didn't really go for the time but to honor my Dad It was also quite a personal accomplishment at my age! I have always loved challenges!

good job, Lucy!!!

my weight loss seems to be in a holding pattern already. oh well. I should follow dd22's lead. she isn't using a scale at all. just going by how she feels and how clothes fit. I don't think I can do it, but maybe I can do it short term, lol.

jackie, good job to you too!
