Flying Past Our Bewitching Weight 2013

Here it is...our new thread and a new challenge. Summer is over and it's time to lose these pounds before the holidays hit!

This challenge is open to everyone, the more the merrier!
It will run from September 1st to October 31st.

State your goals, check in daily to report how you're doing, what you're eating,or just come in for support.

We're ALL always more successful when everyone is active in the thread, so let's help each other out!

Weigh in is optional, but I'll definitely be weighing in every week this time. Add yourself to the chart if you want to weigh in, and just ignore the chart if you don't want to weigh in. No pressure. lol

Ok ladies...I finally weighed in this morning. I'm about 11 pounds more than I weighed in May. *sob*

That's ok, I'm totally in the zone now so hopefully that weight will melt off during this challenge.

I'm hoping to lose at least 15 pounds during this challenge. Fingers crossed.

We can do it Beach. We've done it before, we can do it again.

Plus, I think it's imperative to get some weight off before the holidays or else we're gonna feel even worse after Thanksgiving and Christmas. We still have plenty of time to lose it before the food festivities hit us.

Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in, eh?

I'm HEEEEEEEEEERE... kicking and screaming. No promises on how long I'll be here or how often, though hahaha.

But really. Never been so busy before in my life. The upside of that is it's helped me shed some LB'S!!

Was all the way up to 234 (gained 40 on the dumb Depo I was on for a year). Finally got off of that, last shot was at the end of March, and I'm down 20 pounds so far in the last 6-8 weeks. Haven't kept a close record of weigh ins/ dates. Last time I weighed was Friday morning and I was 214.

I'm not really on a plan other than my appetite is no longer craycray now that I'm off the Depo, so I guess just basic calorie restriction for now. No exercise. I have every intention, and even bought an elliptical to keep my lonely treadmill company, but meh. Just too tired most days to trek downstairs.

I'll try to at least stop in for weigh in weekly!

Morning!

Amity, I'm drinking my morning coffee too.

Last week I ordered sugar free pumpkin syrup, and I've been having that in my coffee the last few days and it's soooo good. Tastes just like a pumpkin spice latte. Minus the 400 calories in the normal one. ll

What does everyone have on the agenda for Labor Day?

Today I'll be eating sugar free jello...and grilled chicken breast for dinner.

Oh, I have to tell you guys...yesterday I decorated the house for Autumn. Then, because it was like 100 degrees outside, I cranked the air conditioner temp waaaayyyy down, put on my uggs, made my pumpkin spice coffee, and pretended I still live in a cold climate. I miss Fall.

I love Fall too! And I love that you decorated your house for autumn. I am getting ready to go for a long walk in the rain (boo) and then off to a lunch with girlfriends to celebrate my birthday which is tomorrow. I intend to stay on plan-- chopped grilled chicken salad and one low carb cocktail!

Wawa has pumpkin spice coffee out now and I couldn't resist.

Labor Day food is roasted chicken veggies and maybe a salad.

Who knows. I'm still so messed up. No TOM for monthssssss from the shot (the big pro) then after the Essure I had a solid 3 weeks nonstop and another 3 weeks of constant spotting, starting the end of June. Then nothing for the last 3-4 weeks. Thankfully. I will be glad to get back on a "normal" cycle. Never thought I would say that.

I'll definitely check in tomorrow. Night all

I am here. I have been running a lot and no weight loss but I feel much stronger. I havent seen muscle in a year. Now I can sort of make out a quad.

I really need to start running again, but I swear it made me fatter. For one thing I was hungry ALL THE TIME...and then I think I was just building muscle under the fat and my clothes were getting tighter. I need to some all this fat first.

Lost .2 of a pound bringing me to 173.0.
Going down SLOWLY....
I will totally flip out if(no, WHEN) I get into the 160's. I have been trying to get out of the 170's for years.
