144.0 this morning. My rings are soooo tight I am figuring something I ate was salty! I had a grilled chicken salad from some takeout place for lunch, some black bean soup for dinner and hoping the soup was it.

Feel better belle... and kudos for trying to jump back on Low

Thanks girls! It's so much better today. Just feels like I was sucker punched! It is limiting what I can eat! Less temptations when I fear immediate pain!

I didn't realize how many days it had been since I checked in. I guess I forgot because I was checking in on FB. Kitty, sorry to hear about your tooth, but I'm glad you're feeling better!

LCL, good luck with your UD/DD schedule!

Olda, I hate waking up feeling bloated and not knowing what I ate to cause it! lol

Beach...I have a feeling that after Halloween you're going to get re-motivated again. And once you do it will take you no time to get back in the zone.

As for me, still plugging away. Keeping it low carb but still not low calorie enough for my own good. I'm going to Disney next weekend so hoping to keep things SUPER LOW CALORIE all week. Pray for me!

actually...no party this year
Marching band is putting a hitch in that so....sigh
I have to organize a dinner for the kids and go though thier uniforms since we leave Sunday morning,,,,so no party.
I am feeling somewhat motivated again...but not to exercise. My back is still messed up and I can't push myself for whatever reason

I'm back from my trip - actually got back on Sunday but went to the state fair yesterday so I haven't slowed down since coming home. The trip went well. I was up several pounds after the first day and a half but then came back down some. I'm still up about 3 pounds but most of that is probably water weight and will come off this week I'm hoping. I had a few things off plan but stayed OP for the most part so I'm happy about that. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!!!

Sorry that I haven't been around. I have been having a lot of stress in almost all aspects of my life. The one thing that is on track is my UD/DD rotations.
At least something is going right!

I have been staying below 360 on my DD and it is pretty easy.

I hope you all are doing well, I am sure everyone is busy at this time of year.

I am not going to be flying past any bewitching weight with all this quiet!!! lol (myself included)

3 weeks til surgery, still at 142. I really really want 135. 2 good days, 3 bad. thats my schedule now.

Morning All!

Olda, 142 is awesome! You can definitely hit 135 in the next few weeks. Just say no to Halloween candy! lol

I'm still plugging along. Tomorrow we head to Disney for the weekend, so I'm hoping I don't gain much back. I'll be doing a lot of walking, and I'm bringing apples and almonds with me to snack on. But one of the days we'll be doing the Food and Wine festival at Epcot. So......yeah. I don't foresee great things happening there. Let's hope it's really crowded and I just skip the food because I can't be bothered with standing in lines unless it's for a ride. lol

Saw the oncologist for my first follow up appt and my blood pressure was up (cholesterol was 201) for the first time ever. He thinks its the lack of estrogen from the Tamoxifen. Diet and exercise... Diet and exercise he said 10 times.

I have to get serious at some point. I seem to be all salads and stuff... then a bottle of wine with a bag of chips. There is surely a happy medium.

Have fun FF!!! Havent been to Disney in years!

You can do it! How about a salad and a glass of wine....you can put something salty and crunchy in your salad to simulate the chips!

Hope you have a great time at Disney World! I have never been there... Maybe when the kids are teens. We just came back from Disneyland and we are going once more before our passes expire in November. I thought I would lose some weight with all the walking... I ended up staying about the same... But I ate whatever I wanted!

I am not going to weigh myself for a few days since TOM has come to visit. I think I have lost a few pounds though... The pants I wore to work yesterday were very loose!

My parents are having everyone over for Thanksgiving this year. That gives me one month to try and lose at least 10 pounds thats the goal I set for myself anyway. Already started Day 1 today and am doing good with DH so far. Really going to start checking in and trying to stay accountable.

Amity!

Hey all... I finally was successful at cooking spaghetti squash!
It was so simple - I feel like a total loser for messing it up in the past.

Today is my 360 cal day and with the 2 cups of squash I just had (with pasta sauce and cheese) I have had 178 cal so far.

I got 2 cups from one half of my squash(only 82 cals) so I may have the other half later.

That is what I read online too, that baking it give more flavor, but I hadn't had anything to eat all day. 12 min sounded better than an hour to an hour and a half. I was ready to eat my arm!

Yeah I don't blame you I would too.

So today for breakfast it was veggie eggs and bacon with a tomato, coffee
L-burger and veg or salad
D-chicken with bacon and cheese, veg, and salad

Do you find you truly lose weight if you keep it under 20g carbs? I would just like to see a loss on the scale by the end of the week like Friday. Thats my plan anyway.

Not doing any hard exercise either just walking and maybe 10-15 mins lifting weights 2x week.

Crossing my fingers.

Today was my DD and I have had 303 cals.

Not planning anymore for the day, I feel fine.
I made a 250 cal frozen dinner at work and let it get kinda cold while I was checking out this site... How's that for not all that hungry!?!
You would think I would want to scarf it down!

Got my workout in; did some intervals on the treadmill and my weights.

Food is good. Said no to donuts. Doing a combo of LC and Calorie counting.

Nothing planned today except and orthodontist appt for my daughter this morning.
