Cooking eggs

Here I am, boiling eggs and baking chicken for salads this week. I have been LC for 5 whole days...lol. I really want to make this work. As a lifestyle, not a quick diet. I have alot to lose, and I know LC will work for me, if I can stay strong. I am determined, so that is something! I am enjoying this site, but there just seems to be so much. I will just keeplooking and figuring things out! Good news---I have lost 6 lbs! Woot woot!!

Its a great site Jackie. So much info on it.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday. Did a whole day on plan, yay!! Only on the treadmill for a total of 20 minutes this morning. Maybe I will have more energy tomorrow.

Morning - weighed in today and am at 190.7 - 18.8 down since July 15th. So pumped!!!!

olda - awesome job staying on plan!

photo - 6 pounds is amazing in 5 days!!!!

Thanks Hellsbelles! I suspect most of it was water weight, but water weight is weight also and Im glad to see it gone! Stayed on plan all day, though dreaming about sweets! Picked up some Atkins bars, but am trying to hold off. Im so afraid im going to get that chocolate taste and then binge! I really dont want to fail...

Belle I forget what plan are you doing? You seem to be doing very well with it. Maybe its somethinng I could stick to.

Day 1 back and sticking to it! Made breakfast this morning ( egg, cheese and ham scramble) so I wouldn't be hungry at work. There are treats EVERYWHERE !!!!
A coworker brought up a little cup of animal crackers for me to snack on, but I just said, "No, thank you, but thanks for thinking of me."

Still coughing here. Hubby just left to go to one of the parties we were invited to. Told him I'm in no shape to be out all night. Would feel miserable. At least I won't be tempted by the food there!

Hi guys! I'm here, I'm here! lol Sorry, it's been a really busy couple of weeks with out of town guests that I'm not all that fond of. After they left I needed a good week to just lay around and do nothing but thank The Lord that I have my house back and I don't have to deal with family drama again until Thanksgiving. Seriously y'all....why are some family members soooo draining? Might I add, these are not MY family members....they are HIS family members which makes it that much more difficult to deal with.

Anyhow...I think I'm fully recovered now from the ordeal so I'll be back here more regularly. lol

142... went off program for the gazillionth time before the week was over. It was my birthday and I used it as an excuse to overdue for the past few days. Monday morning start again. I am also attempting to do Jillians 90 day program to get through the holidays. I will just replace the cardio days with running.

Belle how are you doing? Did you hit the 180's yet?

I'm doing good. I have 32 days until our trip to Disney, so I'm planning to stay really low calorie for the next month so that I can hopefully drop a nice chunk of weight before our trip. Fingers crossed!

How is everyone else doing?

Morning!!! I've had a busy week so far - oldest birthday was Monday so I was off work. Then had to catch up yesterday .

FF - I wish I was in the 180s already. I'm still hovering where I was last week

Amity - I'm doing low carb (eating only fish and veggies) and then doing 2 low cal days a week where I try and stay at 500 calories. I usually do those on Mon/Wed
