Good ideas thanks FF. I'm thinking a main dish. Wings are good at room temp aren't they? I was also thinking maybe pulled pork. I like the green bean salad that sounds good too!

Oh a main dish...Wings are definitely good. I also have a recipe for chicken parmesan meatballs, but I haven't tried them yet...I'm guessing they'd taste good at room temperature though.

173.0 this morning for a loss of .2 - I will take it!

I have to try that pumpkin bake some day... Maybe when I get in the 160's !

Hi LCL!!

Made some green jello for tonight. Walked 2 miles and painted some things on the outside of the house.

Food today
B-eggs,coffee
L-chicken tenders
S-iced coffee - ITS SO HUMID TODAY!
D-chicken thighs and salad

I had to turn the AC back on not very happy.

Before I had to deal with my family, then my husbands job, now it seems ever since my DD turned 13 and started school she has a real attitude problem. Lord give me strength.

Hi every one

sending cold weather and rain/snow your way. It has been crappy here all week, making for a sloppy walk/run...been doing 10 minute trainer instead

I'm down almost three pounds and would like to drop a few more quickly but I am still not doing everything I should be. I am being mostly good...but eh

Running off to a weekend away in Hershey PA. Packed the fridge with healthy things (and a few chips). Cant seem to drink wine anymore. Never had an issue before but now I get a killer headache/hangover with just one glass. I should lose 10 pounds quick without drinking!!

crap!!! my response got lost we're all good!

Boulder got 8 inches of rain yesterday!!! Crazy! We are wet here but I am higher ground and not very close to waterways...about a mile from Clear Creek which is my biggest threat and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't affect me. My daughter is in Ft. Collins where one dam broke but far from her also. We are never this wet...this would maybe be snow in a normal season but monsoon rain instead but yeah...the flooding is all around me.

I was mad about not getting to climb because all this rain....guess that is minor considering what my community is experiencing...this is crazy, crazy weather

got my rain boots and my paddle

still fine...all of my old and current stomping grounds are now threatened. This isn't even funny right now. Boulder is getting hit again....my parents home, golden, evergreen, conifer, morrision (red rocks area)...all of the area I just hiked in last week....all are flooding or at risk and STILL more rain...not just a little rain, but massive rain for a week

I had my interview yesterday and " treated" myself to bad foods ALL day...

Congrats Belle on sticking with it. Slow and steady wins the race.

I am starting a daily check in with a weekly weigh in. I seem to always do better that way.

Started this morning at 143. Doing Haileys program again (a bit scared for my birthday this week but I will stick with it) Ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Have a great evening!!!
