Beautiful pictures Cindy. Your daughter is gorgeous! Your other daughter very talented.

Off to the gym to bike and do exercises. Trying to stay in shape. After three weeks trying to get in shape. My legs weaken three weeks no running. Then working 4 hours. Want to walk tonight. Walked 2 miles last night with DH.

A friend wants company when she swims. I need to go buy a Speedo suit for the pool plus googles and a cap. She goes to the pool near me.

I have wonderful friends!

Good morning-
Its quiet here! Everyone is busy I'm sure! The friends that I had brunch with earlier in the week have talked me into trying paddleboarding. I'm sure I'll end up in the bay at least once, but it should be fun. (not sure when we're going but they have already paid for the board rental, so we are definitely going)

Went to the gym. They renovated and added a floor and it is much nicer. They also sold to Golds so changes happening.

I rode recumbent bike for 31 minutes. Last 6 put down on lowest level. A women I know came and sat next to me and I had a nice chat the last 5 minutes. She had the listing on our house. Her cousins husband married us in Syracuse. Very small world.

Did my stretches and core exercises and leg presses and came home.

Now going to work.

Got on the scale after exercise so not as accurate because I must have sweat some. If my weight was right it would be a new low since like 2007. I just don't want to gain. Not trying to lose.

Going to walk tonight. May just walk from home. I have errands to run after work. Looking for carpet for kids Dining Room. Need to go back to carpet store with phenomenal cheap reminents. I then text pictures. I want them to measure one more time.

Cindy, I saw one pic of the back of your dd and dsil. I'll have to look for more.

Kim and Cory leave on Friday afternoon for PA. He's taking her to a Penn State game on Saturday night and he wants to fix her up with penn State gear. Lol. Papa I going to have to reinforce with the fun cu when she went to New York the girls missed their mommy something awful but it's a brad weekend so I only really have them minimal to get them off and then in the evening I. Saturday, get them off on Sunday and then back at 3. She should be home between 5-6 or so.

I lost 1.8 this week. I haven't lost since I went off the prednisone so I'm really happy!

Everyone sounds very busy. Cindy, I got a shower invitation to a girls shower that I've gotten to be friends with that works at Burger King and she's having twin boys. I have the unopened invite in my car so I have to look at the date. I would like to go to it. She's a twin too and her twin passed a few days after birth. Her mother is a twin. I would say twins run strong in her family!

Morning!

Just a quick pop in! I think (hope!) once September is over, things will settle down a bit. Super busy with everything starting back up (especially school).

Padraic is very excited to be playing trumpet in band this year.

Due to a scheduling conflict, Rhonda is not taking band this year, but will finish her French course (high school credit)

Millie and Henry are happy as clams in their new school and both are going to try our for chorus.

Welcome back picnic this Saturday for scouts. Have to finish getting awards done for that. Have some PTA things to take care of today. And I'm back to volunteering in the office.

MIL's birthday is next week, DH is having a surgical procedure done next week, and BTS for the middle school is next week.

Run, run, run!

Becky- my weight is getting on my nerves too. I was doing well and then for some reason started gaining.

Cindy-when I have a minute I will check out the photos

Kelly-how was your book? It sounds interesting. I have been reading a new to me cozy mystery series.

MK-did I tell you Padraic wants to be the 11th Doctor for Halloween? Rhonda wants to be a weeping angel!

Debbie-I love to swim. I really need to get to the gym and start doing it more! I don't usually eat gluten free bread because it's usually made with rice and/or soy, neither of which I eat. DH likes Udi's though. There is a brand in Farm Fresh that has sub rolls that I am going to get for him one of these days. I'll let you know how they are! (I'm not big on Udi's.) Oh! Do you happen to have a Jason's Deli near you? They have excellent GF bread and they will sell it to you.

No Jason's deli.

I try to not eat a lot of bread. I do eat PB and J at work. Usually that and a protein shake over the day. I may add some cashews and apricots. I try to not et junk.

My weight 118 today. Seems to be where I am staying.

Want to go walk in a few. PT later so will do exercises there. Have haircut and brows at 1. PT at 3. Plumber has come and gone here so I can go walk. Only doing a few miles right now but may bump to 3. Trying to test out my back and not overdo.

Sorry about mom!

Jenn - that is so cool about Halloween!
And I can't believe how old your kids are getting!

Cindy - what did you do to celebrate?

Deb - I feel like all I eat is bread, rice and noodles!
My new favorite is Progresso soup - Light Chicken Noodle.
And I'm still at 115.4.

We'll see what tomorrow brings!

We FINALLY have a DSW within 40 minutes of here - so went with a friend today and to Scheels to get a Range Bag.

MK, we are so close in size. 116.8 here today for me. I am OK with that. 113 my lowest in last 8 years but doubtful I could even get there and not trying to. I eat. I guess I am just eating less. I am not as hungry and I also have been super busy.

I am up and getting ready to go to the gym. I need to bike and do my exercises. I also want to walk today because I am not sure I can after work tonight.

I went to help Mirsa last night. I helped her sort through all Isabella's clothes accept her 50 dresses. I am sure she has dresses she will never wear.

Never got to her toys. Dd put rail to her bed together and helped get it secured. She slept in her bed the night before. They pulled the trundle out in case she fell. I need to post the photo of her standing on the trundle and leaning onto the bed sleeping.

OMG - how cute is that Debbie!
I Isabella!

Went out to dinner at one of my favorite restaurants SALT last night.
My parents and DH an I. It was amazing!

Shower tomorrow and I am a little nervous - DD23 still working on stuff....printed some pictures from maternity shoot for photo banner and says they are too dark so tried sending to Sam's and cant go forward with cart and neither can I! She waits till the last minute with EVERYTHING! I was having dreams about it last night!

We have a DSW here - I love to look there and purchase on occasion, but I think they are still kind of pricey! To purchase at full price I have to LOVE LOVE LOVE the showes!!! However, DDs and I LOVE their clearance section!!

90 degrees Tuesday, 62 today.....I slept so well last night with it on the cool side!!!

Thanks Becky! We'd have so much fun!
And you can wish us a happy anniversary in Oct!

Cindy - the shower will be fine. Whatever is ready is ready and if it isn't the world won't end. I just hope you all have a good time!

I don't think the prices are too bad.

Debbie - such a cute picture!!!!

I haven't tried any winter clothes on yet - either they'll fit wonderfully or be too big!

Went to see The Family tonight! Loved it!!

Baby Shower Day!
As always, DD got everything done.....she always does!
Watch for pics on FB or Instragram......I will be posting some later. Our venue is SO cute that we didn't have to do much, but what she/I did do is very DD26 and simple and she will love it!!!

I am excited to wear a fallish outfit today for the shower and may even get out the boots!!! Trying to decide if I am doing an edgy look or a classic look.....I think DD23 will be the deciding vote.

What's everyone up to this weekend?

Our Anniversary is in October. It will be 32 years. We will be in Baltimore two nights. We run the half marathon and spend Friday and Saturday night there. I doubt I will be running the half. I haven't run in over three weeks. I want to try but the PT doesn't want me to yet.

I have to go walk now. Then I will work out at the gym. I will ride the bike and do my other exercises.

I have errands to run and need to iron. Not sure what else we will do.

Work was crazy yesterday. I was in bed and asleep by 10. I am sleeping much better most nights. Maybe I was in more pain then I realize. I am not anymore. I feel back to normal till I am in PT. I feel it then.

Happy Shower Day Cindy!!

Two young work friends had their baby boy two days ago. They hadn't picked a name. His name is now Logan Andrew. The dad is Andrew.

I am around 2 pounds lighter then I have been running so my clothes just fit nicer. I have only tried on jeans once though.

Cooler out. Going for a 4 mile walk then will bike 30 minutes in the gym.

I have dressmaker at 1230. I swear the dress feels lighter in my ribs so she let it out. I may be lighter but I haven't run so maybe less muscle more fat on me. My scale says otherwise. It also measures body fat. Says 22% BF. still 116.8 today.

Wish my weight would go down. Seems to be creeping up. Need to be more vigilant about what goes into my mouth!

Cindy-enjoy the shower!

I have a welcome back picnic for Scouts this afternoon. I procrastinated like crazy and now have to finish up the awards. It shouldn't take too long though. Need to go to the bank and Scout store this morning.

I feel like my old self. Didn't realize how bad till I felt good.

At DS31's house. Been helping Mirsa set up toys and put away tons of stuff in boxes. Still many more to go. Tons in downstairs family room. That room will be the playroom.

Starving. Waiting for Billy and taking them for dinner.

Cindy, it sounds like u all has a good time with family last night. I love family times like that. We all get along fairly well but if my nephews wife is present it can go either way.

Debbie, I <3 Isabella's room, I bet she feels very special. Love the bed too! I bet they love no longer paying rent, it's nice when u start paying for something that will benefit yourself and not someone else!

MK... I can't walk right now cuz I did something to my hip. I love it when ur chirp comes over my phone and I see that u walked. The weather is perfect too and I can't take advantage of it!

Jenn and Kelly, whatcha ladies up to?

Waiting for the dad of the year to pick his girls up. he's already 12 minutes late!

I walked 4.5 miles yesterday at a good clip and did exercises at home. Skipped the bike at the gym. If I do it 4-5 times a week plus walk 5-6 times a week I am getting good exercise.

Helped for hours yesterday. Third bedroom still has boxes but better. The basement has a lot to go through but must be stuff they aren't missing. Once third tiny bedroom emptied the crib will move out of Bella's room. It isn't a full size crib. It is a day care crib. It works fine with tiny Bella. It was good for a one bedroom apartment. Their bedroom was pretty big to hold what it did. Not anymore. Nothing is big but the basement will be good when renovated it does have a finished section but ugly. It is a future project. Right now the upstairs renovations need to be paid for. The labor has been paid. The supplies are on credit they are paying off. Since we gave them a chunk of money I know they spent a lot.

It is really nice but I really wish the counters in the kitchen were nicer. There OK but not perfect.

Since everything is small storage a bit of a challenge. Thankfully they have a big basement and will use it. It is damp though. Not wet just musty and damp. Maybe a dehumidifier would help. We had one in Binghamton because we lived in a raided ranch with family room and playroom in basement. Washer and dryer were in huge 2 car garage. It worked and size of house was fine for us.

The shower must have been fun. It is great she got do much.

Becky, what did you do to your hip?

MK, did you decide on new vac?

Kelly, how was the fund raiser?

Jenn, hope scout kick off went well. Boy Scouts were selling popcorn outside our Giant yesterday. I was running in send out quickly and had items in my hands without a bag and couldn't stop. The self checkout I was at didn't have bags or
I didn't see them. I would have paid the 5cent bag tax but was through with my purchase and the staff were useless. I just left with my three things and DH was waiting out front.

Off to work 12.
8 tomorrow then off till Friday. I really should pick up hours since I took time off last week.

Debbie, sometimes when I move strange and the weather changes it causes my hip to ache. It's stiff and achy, wouldn't surprise me if some arthritis is setting in a bit.been aching since yesterday.
