Where are you all? I know Ailuros is back.

I have dropped more than 5 lbs in the week since I got back fro Italy, whew.

I want to see another 4 go soon, to get back to that 124 in my siggie.

Hello! Yes, I’m back. Had a lovely weekend, but I’m irritated to have gone back over 9 stone . 9 st 0.6 this morning. Oh well, I’d better get used to the bounce. We have a quiet week so I can drop down again, then lots of visitors next week.

There’s no heating today (having a couple of new radiators installed) so I’m all bundled up like the Michelin man.

We have a plumber here Ailuros, but still have heating and hot water, whew! But currently we can't get hot water unless the heating is on...grrr.

I am longing to see 8st something again.

Hi yep sorry I.ve been MIA.

A friends DH died and I have been supporting her in Wales. It was real hard core No phone signal, internet or Costa Coffee or Starbucks.

We seemed to live the week on porridge, bacon & eggs, chicken & eggs plus a little wine..but good result I had lost 2lbs when I got back yesterday YAY. I did some ironing for her whilst there to help out and she had one of those steam generator irons..OMG I am in love and want one...so have ordered today from "The River" warehouse for a good price so keeping all my ironing until then.

Glad that you doing well with your loss Kissa that's good and Ailuros I am sure you will also knock off soon.

DH away in Germany until 27th October so going to try to keep high protein.

I.m off to Dusseldorf next Thursday and then off to Fuerteventura for a week so may also be intermittent myself with work etc.

Sorry about your friend, Lola.

Our plumber didn’t appear — because I’d mixed the days up, and he was due tomorrow, but they seem to have messed the rest of it up and don’t have all the bits they need to do the job yet, so it looks as if we’ll have a cold dining room for a bit longer.

Tell me about it... We have a different one coming tomorrow to deal with a pump. And the second bathroom shower isn't in operation for 2 weeks cos the control keeps falling off, and has damaged the enamel on the bathtub. In two weeks I'll have 4 people staying. Thank The Lord I have a shower room downstairs.

Ended up having a very wicked evening of cocktails! Not looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow.

Lola, I am so sorry about your friend's husband. How lucky she is to have a good friend like you.

I have often wondered about those irons. Tell me which one you've chosen please. DH is always asking if I'd like one.

We’d had the heating turned off most of yesterday expecting to have to have the system drained down, so we ended up eating out. 127 this morning. I need to plan some menus for next week that will at least minimise the damage!

just as restrictive elsewhere, cant lift things etc

Ugh. What a nuisance. I suppose you could cut and paste the dictation, but for a sentence or two, it would probably not save you a lot of keystrokes.

Anyway, it’s nice to see you when you can manage a few words! I need a meno-buddy .

hey hey its quiet on here. I hope that you are all OK?

I.ve just had a lovely morning at the gym working out followed by Yoga which was tough and a nice steam sauna. Feeling quite relaxed now.

Still sticking at my usual weight of 66kg...so think that is my weight tbh. I am contemplating changing to JUDDD again as it may fit in easier with my imminent holiday plans.

Anyways nothing else to say really except hi.

Oh yeah my leg hurts lol. Kinda tripped up my stairs at home a month ago. Cannot see any bruising or anything but when I lean on it or do anything which involves sitting on it...it really hurts. Wondering if I.ve fractured a bone!!! Oh...well I.ll live.

Hi Lola, yes it is quiet..

All well here too. Still heavier than I like after Italy and 2 Up Days this weekend doesn't help. I wish I could see 8st like Ailuros, but I have none to blame but myself.

Sorry to hear your leg is giving you grief Lola, do hope your self diagnosis is wrong

Morning all. Well after a FaceTime appointment with my Physio (DD) lol. She thinks it is a very bruised kneecap and tendons. I did think if it was fractured surely it would hurt when walking and going to gym spinning etc. pain only when I out pressure on it. So dose of ibuprofen and ice packs yuk and if no better visit to a local physio. Talk about owning a dog and barking yourself lol.

Well glad to report after a good down day 1 kg off. So will continue in the hope that the bounce doesn't stay static like before. Ailuros and Cindy you are my inspiration for JUDDD and I've also joined 90 day till new year challenge on low carb friends. Another girl also getting great results from JUDDD on there too. Welcome back Blotto expect you'll sign on later and tell us about your holiday xxxx

Hi everyone. I am back from a lovely fortnight in the UK. The bad news on my return was that I'm up to 138lbs - eek! All those pub meals and curries have left me higher than I've been in ages......must get a grip!
Sorry to hear about your injuries, Shy and Lola - hoping you're both feeling better.
How was Cyprus, Blotto?
Pledging to join you JUDDDerers this week. DD today and another enforced one on Wednesday as it's my prep day for Thursday's colonoscopy
