150 minutes a Week Challenge- September
 
Most experts recommend 30 minutes of exercise a day at least 5 days a week. Our challenge is to get at least that. The first day of the week we will post or goal for the week and the add our minutes up throughout the week. At the end of the month we will see who managed to meet or exceed or their goals.

Since Sunday is the first day of my week, my goal for this week is 300. In sha Allah I will make it! Got DS1 and DIL coming monday for 2 weeks so that may hamper my efforts!

I'm in on this challenge too :) I've been trying to go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and I work out at least 45 minutes each day. :)

Did 180 mins first week

Only 120 the next. Had friends staying so missed my Wednesday class.

Made a good start this week, hoping for to make my 180.

I will start tomorrow morning with at least 30 min of exercise (20 min pilates & 20 min walking). Hope I stick with it :)

Do you want us to post our activity everyday or every week ?

This is new challenge, I think daily is ideal, but weekly is fine too.

This morning I did 20 min walking. After work I plan to do 20 min pilates.

Wow Cindy! 180 min in one day ? That's awesome. Do you like the JUDDD better than Atkins ? Do you combine them together ? Also which one are you using to maintain your weight ?

I haven't done so good for the week but I am going to keep trying.

Ha, ha, I wish! That was over the week.

Starting this week with 60 mins Body Conditioning. :)
