Karen SS about your Mom. I hope they get it figured out. It seems like bowel problems have the Dr. baffled a lot of the time. I would be crabby too.

Deb I like the mint drink. The new position sounds great.

We tried to take our last boat ride of the season but it wouldn't cooperate. When he pressed the button in on the shifter it stuck and wouldn't release. DH will try to fix it tomorrow, but I think that is it for the season. He will be winterizing it before it gets too cold out. It's beautiful weather out.

Karen I do hope they get your mother figured out! No weight loss for me this week but no gain so its a win win. I do know why so sticking to plan this week and hoping for another weight loss. I need to get my teeth wired together that would help Summer has indeed come to an end here with temps going down to 1C tonight. Cheryl I am sure you hate to put the boat away as it does mean winter is on its weight. Wish you could of got out once more. Deb fruit defuser looks very cool where did you buy it at? I am drinking 12 cups of water a day but that could make it more tasty. Scallops and bacon my two favorite foods! Made a pot roast in the slow cooker for supper is was great! Hate to see the weekend over but guess all good thing have to come to and end. Great part is we get to do this all again next weekend!! I love fall too Deb

My hubby is quite interested in your water. How much do you drink to get that clean feeling? He doesn't really like lemon water but willing to give it a go for a go.
I would like to know if you drink all your water this way, which do you prefer lemon or lime?

wt 196.2 It stuck! month one.. 10 pounds down. goal met!

on to 10/16....187

Can I join ya'all? I'm Tammy and relosing weight AGAIN! This time I'm going to figure out how to keep it off without becoming a rabbit.
I've lost 20 lbs since June 7th, but up 2 lbs this morning because I ate spaghetti with meat sauce and a slice of garlic bread for dinner. Thats a problem for me. Its just water weight, it'll go. Just hate seeing a higher number on the scale this morning.
204.5 lbs this morning. Want to be below 200 by end of month.

Here's a little about me. I'm married (18th anniv on the 28th), have 2 grown kids a dd 26 with a dgd 2 yo and they live with us, a ds who is 20 and in the Army and deployed since May 6th to Afghan (might be back in December, if not, February prob) and he's not married and no kids. My dgd is Chloe and 2 yo. I watch her while her mom works (hair stylist) and she is just too smart for her own good! LOL I love her!
My dh is.....well, my dh. He works, but not too happy with him right now. Looooong story. Having too many downs and not enough ups in this marriage.
Myself, I'm disabled from a back injury in 1995. It causes alot of pain in my legs. I've had 3 surgeries and many "procedures".
I like spending time with Chloe and visiting my ds in Kentucky. He is stationed at Ft Campbell. I love it down there. I live in Pa, south of Pittsburgh.
Anything you want to ask me, shoot! LOL

Tammy. We have a good supportive group here. I'm an ex military brat and most if my family is or has been military. My nephew that lives with us did a tour in Iraq. Hang in there

Lizzy I think you can use any fruit. And herbs. Strawberry mint? I've been reading about them. I bought some carbonated water cuz I like my bubbles. I don't need cleaning out tho b on the weight sticking. Weigh in tomorrow for me.

Deb it is gently raining here too. Had some boomers last night. It made for a nice sleep

Jo at least you didn't gain with your slip n sounds chilly there. Did you get anyone trained on the generator yet? I am ready for fall. Not winter tho lol. We will get back to work on the LH and hopefully get it done. Our plan is to winterized the boat next weekend before the water gets too cold. It seems like we get wet every time we pull it out. Chills you to the bone. Shiver.

Had a real busy weekend but it was great.

Jo fall is definately hear too. At night the temps drop down low and heat goes on.

Deb rained all morning here too. But it actually turned out nice. Love that water infuser. What the name of it, we don't have Costco so would love to see where else I can get it. I put my vegis or fruit in my water bottle, but the pieces fall out.

Lizzy he is so cute, love the pictures.wtg your weights coming off nicely. 10 lbs is great in a month.

Cheryl did DH fix the boat. We took ours out this weekend too. I keep the jet ski in until it's freezing out because I use it to go to visit friends on the lake and I get too lazy to walk around it.

Karen SS your Mom is still feeling poorly. Do they have her on a low fiber restricted diet.

Pat how you doing?

Tammy

Lizzy on your weight loss and the 10 lb this month one. What an adorable child. Tammy to this group they are a great bunch and were all here for the same reason so you will get lots of suppose if you need it.Cheryl it was chilly here but we have been walking everyday and today is beautiful sunny and bright and warm. No one trained on the generator yet How was your weigh in today? Turn staying out of freezing water Misty the night are pretty much just above 0C now so heat is on although today is warm its will likely be cold again tomorrow. Indian summer for a few days but it never lasts long. What does lemon water do? Karen they still do bland diets in the states? I am sure its been over 5 years since I had the diet ordered in the hospital. But alot of people use to be on it. Hope it helps her. Deb if I slept that long I would pee the bed I am up at least once in the night normally twice. But it sounds like you needed the sleep.I think I might get myself one of the water jugs. My DH is flying out next Monday to Kingston (3 flights away) so see the Cardiac Surgeon and we should fine out by Wed when he is having the operation. My mom is going to fly up from NS to watch the boys when we go for the surgery. I wish time would pass faster so we could fine out more. Stress is not a fun thing and I can see its eating away at him. One day at a time I guess but were not real patient people. On a good note I smacked the coke machine that I have to look after at work and its decided to let me be boss...I hate coke machines!!!
