WOE: My way mixing it low carb
Down 2#

Mitzi

Misty how long did it take to clean the mess? They have been the attic at the LH. Shredded the insulation. We found where they got in, trapped them and fixed it. The raccoons got under the house. Trapped them, hauled them off and fixed their entry. It's always something. nothing so far this year.

Lizzy sounds like a fun day

Jo lavender bath sounds nice. I'm not perfect either, I just like to make others think I am. .

Deb what's up?

Pat I hope you are having a great time.

Karen are you busy working again? I hope they help Mom.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's not generator savvy. Still hot here but not bad. Cool wind and low humidity. It may drop into the 80's next week. I've been organizing closets and putting stuff out to give to DAV. I feel like there is too much stuff. .

A strange and scary thing happened this morning. I got up and my 2 kitties didn't greet me. I called them and no answer. I started thru the house looking for them and found them both in the basement bathroom with the door closed. I was home alone last nite. Nephew at work. DH out of town. They both say they didnt come home. . All the doors and windows are locked. Nothing seems disturbed or gone.

I'm Backkkk!!!

Hello Everyone! I'm back to finally take this lost seriously. It is really hindering me in different areas of my life. I will be turning the big 40 in December (98 Days) and I fully intend to be 80lbs lighter! Don't know how I'm going to do it yet...but have access to wonderful tools that I have not been using to my full potential.

I've had success here several years ago with low carb...so I know what's possible. The key for me is to stay busy and active as when I am idle I eat and think eat and think eat and think...then look up and BAM...right back where I started!

Knowing and Understanding this pattern, has now opened me up to being able to flourish in my life and get this eating thing under control.

I look forward to taking this journey with you all.

Now have to figure out how to update my signature. Any tips?

One time can be creepy. You will pay closer attention to things for awhile.
Sure don't want to wish a 2nd event on you.

Cheryl that would be scary, maybe a draught? But keep your eyes open just in case better safe then sorry. I ate to many carbs yesterday but thats just one day and I wont let it ruin my week. Power went out at 12 noon and came back on around 8:30. It was raining out so didnt walk it was just a bad day but today is another day right WTG one the two pounds, I knew you could do it. Lizzie WTG on with the scale! Hope you had fun swimming and didnt soak up to much water weight Misty sorry about your mess We need the generator yesterday and had to wait till DH got home to start it. Thought about the fact that he is going to be away so we are going to teach Mason to start it , he will learn because he loves his tv and internet Karen take time to breathe! Chocolateberriez, what would you like us to call you? 90lbs in 98 days would be impossible for me. Might want to start with a smaller goal? Just a thought. I am hoping for 50 lbs in 10 months and I hope that is doable. You dont want to get sick. Turning 40 is just a number like our weights. And Were a fun group to hang out with. Deb glad to hear you managed to save all your steak, that alot of work getting it all cooked and cut up and I am sure it smelt wonderful in the apartment building. Lots of things you can make with it . Smart bird Hope your all having a great day. Going for our walk right after work before the rain comes back and ruins our fun again. Back on track today and I just treated myself to a big bowl of diet Jello with a dap of cream

See I had you all fooled too I am good!
Thanks Deb.

Jo thanks. If I type your name as No it because my auto correct keeps changing Jo to No I try to catch it. Good thinking on training someone to run the generator. I'm glad you got right back on track after your slip

Deb that's a lot of cooking. And picking. I bet it smelled and tasted great. LB is a lucky man. Poor birdie.

Karen did you get a break today? Yeah I need any more event

ChocolateBerriez. That's quite the goal you have set. Good luck.

Well I'm thinking I may have sleepwalked last night. One of my new meds has a side effect of sleep walking in the first 6 months. Then it seems to disappear. So I put something in the door jam tonight and see if it is gone in the morning. I guess I am getting in more steps at night now.

Be careful scary if you are walking around all by yourself at night. Did the something fall out of the door jam last night? Extra steps are good by not when your are suppose to be sleeping.

Let's hope the cats were just playing and bounced into the door and closed themselves in.....yeah it could happen.

No swimming.....hubby changed his mind. GRRr. Watched the new StarTrek movie, it was really good.

Wt 196.8.... hope it sticks!

Back still giving me problems. I really hope it's because I have to pick Asher up all day and not a new problem.

DD16 got a job slinging pizza's. She has been looking for a job for 3 months. It is a lot harder for a 16 yr to get a job now a days...some people won't even hire at that age and then they are competing with older workers that have to work at jobs that were usally teen jobs.

Mom went to her appt.......and the specialist determined what we already knew...... there is something going on along with the diverticulitis......
so survive another 3 weeks and do another CT scan, and then go from there....

She is getting crabby, and I don't blame her. Just makes it tough on all of us too.
